Delivery was scheduled 11-1:00, arrived at 4:30 after going to the wrong town. Drivers had to call for directions and were lost. Upon arrival, drivers were in tank tops and loose pants that were falling down, sweating profusely. They sweated on the fabric sofa cushions, needing assistance from homeowner to unload. Boxes marked fragile were damaged, antique stool damaged, couch wedged into too-small truck & corner had a tear. Unprofessional. Dispatch was helpful and apologetic. Will contact company with photos for a resolution. read more

Highly recommend Apple Moving!! They were hands down the best!!! Scheduling my move was handled so professionally and with the utmost courtesy! The movers showed up on time and were so friendly and professional! The office staff was equally friendly and professional! They even called to let me know the movers were in route and called back during the day to check on how things were going. They called the following day to check on us and make sure everything was good on our part. They made moving a breeze and handled everything with care! They unloaded everything with the same professionalism and care! If you are looking for a mover in the Vernon parish area give them a call you will not be disappointed with their service and their prices are awesome! They make hiring a mover affordable and easy!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! read more

Horrible experience. It started with the PODS company as a whole when my move started, but once I…read morearrived in Louisiana, I received delay after delay with no communication as to where my container was being stored or when I could expect to have my container delivered. I called multiple times and on numerous occasions was told there was nothing anyone could do. I was told originally it had something to do with "bad winter weather" which is funny considering the SECOND time my delivery was canceled it was 70 degrees and sunny out. I finally called the local office and the woman was short with me and continuously cut me off. It was clear she was attempting to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. Mind you, each time the company delays, you as the customer have to pay a new delivery fee, storage fee, and whatever else fee. That's ridiculous when the delay was on the business side and not my own. One thing is completely certain, I will NEVER EVER recommend or use PODS services ever again.

If you are on the path to the description above call Heather Spink. I invited this young dynamo to my house, and she gave me an honest assessment and told me what she believed she could do to make my life easier. Upon making the schedule I was aware of those that overpromise and underdeliver; this was not that! The "Spink team" arrived on time and got to work. Things that I didn't know needed routine cleaning were suddenly clean, items that I had misplaced (including cash and other valuables) found their way to end tables in plain view, and areas that had been believed to be relatively clean were presented to me with a brand new sheen. The scent of freshly clean was also very pleasant as well. If you need a fair price and attention to detail, do yourself a favor, schedule with Heather Spink, sit back, and watch the dust run for cover.
