These people are crooks. Do not ship anything from here. I sent a large box Ground and charged it to my Fedex account, but asked for a receipt to make sure I didn't get overcharged. However, they refused to give me a receipt citing that Fedex won't let them quote pricing on boxes sent via Fedex account. Low and behold, when I get my invoice from Fedex, I discover this dishonest Ship Shop sent the package Express, costing me over $500 (vs $150). Very dishonest, very unprofessional. You think they are nice, small-town people. But they aren't. They are crooks. read more

I have sent letters and packages through them, they get very busy a lot but they have a lot of knickknacks to look through! The ladies there are always super sweet and helpful. I highly recommend using them, it's an all in one! read more

I had a few things I needed to print, as well as pick out some frames. They do have a computer you can use to either print internet files, or print from a flashdrive. It costs $1.00 for the first 5 minutes of computer time, with an additional $0.25 for each additional minute. Then the printouts cost $0.20 each. Unlike a print/office store like Kinkos or FedEx Office, they only have one public use computer available for printing & internet use. There is also a small gift shop with small gift items (candles, hand lotion tubes, candies, small decorative frames, gift wrap, gift bags, etc. They also weren't too busy, so I actually received some individual attention from the friendly & helpful sales clerk. read more

If I could give them no stars I would sent a package through them I even have a tracking number but doesn't do no good if they didn't scan it when they received my package! Lesson learned here never trust the lady that took my package & didn't print me out a receipt! MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT NEVER TRUST THEM!! read more

Friendly happy people here! They take outstanding care to pack your items very carefully. Even search for the best price and method to ship your stuff. I live on a Ranch and very cautious about UPS/FedEx dropping packages at the gate. For a minimal charge I have my packages delivered to the ship shop and they call me promptly when it arrives. I cannot say enough good things about this friendly caring staff. While visiting my sister in Texas I purchased an antique mirror and brought it to Ship Shop to pack and send home to me in Hawaii. To my surprise it arrived in 4 days. The detailed packing to protect this treasure was like nothing I have ever seen. It arrived in perfect condition.
