Brent was running it then. I tried to find new reviews, concerned that the pics were old, and no new reviews, I contacted Par3wraps by email, (I will consider the delayed response by an employee) Alisha (Co-owner) sales, scheduler, responded by phone. we made a road trip to the new address in Tyler to look at the business condition. IE clean, organized , efficient, responsive, attention to detail , etc. drove 2hrs, (6120 Hwy 69 north Tyler Tx) also known as Mineola Hwy. *NOT IN LINDALE, We met with Alisha and Javier , I asked numerous questions about how, why, methods of removing the old graphics, replacing them with 3M product or other? string method of cutting or Xacto knife, there are several different ways of removing and replacing. we settled on the style of upgraded graphics. our RV is 13' 3" H 36' L (it fit just fine in the shop) after the job was completed 3days, we took it home. after we got it home I saw some flaws in the application of some parts of the graphics that I didn't recognize in the bright sun. I called Alisha. we returned the RV to the shop. I listed the items to be addressed, Javier and I went over the issues. I was concerned it would be "patch over". we discussed the fit and finish, and we returned a few days later, Thursday Sept. 12, 2024. the graphics on the "slide out" side was completely removed and replaced NO PATCHING! Alesha has made the experience a good one. Javier worked to make it right. there is a difference in Vehicle & RV wraps vs graphics materials. Par3wraps will only consider 3M vinyl for graphics. Par3wraps&signs did their best to make us a satisfied customer. I'm sure I'm a bit on the over cautious detailitus side. I've verified the satisfaction of their city / county customers, and felt that any issues would be resolved, and they were. The attached videos say it all. We were charged up front and threw away $300 more than what the receipt stated when we finally picked it up. They did not tell us when the SXS was finished, did a HORRENDOUS job on the wrap.

They quoted $355 for the repair, which I declined since it's more than half the cost of a new one. When I picked it up, the screen wouldn't open at all, and the display no longer worked. They claimed it was a preexisting condition. However, I paid a $50 diagnostic fee only to have the computer in worse shape than when I dropped it off. Had I known this could happen, I wouldn't have left it. I'm very disappointed.
