We spent at least an hour in this business and were treated like queens. I wish we thought of getting the two ladies names working last night. They were truly amazing and attentive! We tried on multiple garments and when one of the employees was putting the ones we did not want to purchase away I had to apologize that we tried on so many, to which the employee waved it off and said we were amazing and don't worry about. I am here visiting and wish we had a Maurice's in Alaska, you definitely know how to employee those who are excellent in customer service. Thank you two ladies for giving us such a pleasant experience!

We live in California and could not get any satisfaction at the only Keystone Avalanche dealer that…read morewas a couple hours away from us. So we found Genuine RV Store in Texas. We settled on our 2019 5th Wheel. David was great and ordered our trailer for us and didn't require a deposit. The trailer was a little delayed from the manufacturer but he kept us in the know. We got our own financing for the purchase which was ok with them and they worked with our bank to get them everything they needed. In September we made the 1900 mile 8 day trip to pick up our trailer with our daughter and 2 Labrador Retrievers. They made us feel right at home and allowed our dogs to hang out in the sitting area. It was hooked up for us to do the walk through before we got there and David went through everything with us. We are not new to 5th wheels but we still learned things from David especially about the residential refrigerator. We sat with Tony to do the paperwork. He was a real personable owner that had some great RV stories for us. They offered us to stay the night on their lot and try everything out but we were anxious to head home so off we went. It took 4 nights to get home and the only issue we had was the main 50" tv blew it's power supply. David said go to best buy and buy what we wanted and send them the receipt. He also paid for us to ship back the broken TV. It's been about 6 weeks since picking up our trailer and everything is fine. Thank you David, Tony and Tammi for all of your outstanding customer service. Don't be afraid to make the trip to Genuine RV for your purchase. They will take care of you.

Love dealing with Tony, he has become more of a friend than a business associate. I recommend them enthusiastically with no reservations.
