We spent at least an hour in this business and were treated like queens. I wish we thought of getting the two ladies names working last night. They were truly amazing and attentive! We tried on multiple garments and when one of the employees was putting the ones we did not want to purchase away I had to apologize that we tried on so many, to which the employee waved it off and said we were amazing and don't worry about. I am here visiting and wish we had a Maurice's in Alaska, you definitely know how to employee those who are excellent in customer service. The service manager has a lot of pull with Keystone and got some warranty service for me that I thought was not available. If they tell you something you can put it in the bank. Love dealing with Tony, he has become more of a friend than a business associate. I recommend them enthusiastically with no reservations.

This totally removed the haggling stress and nonsense. I have a bumper pull, they included the load levelers and sway bar as part of the deal. I've heard other places charge an extra $750. Check on this. They also included several hundred in credit at their store for hoses, chocks, etc. They do not have a large volume, but the campers come and go very quickly. So if you're serious about buying an rv and they have the one you want, better not hesitate. I brought the camper in for warranty service in mid December and got it back early January. This seems acceptable to me. I am the third person in the family to purchase from genuine, we all share the same appreciation for this business. Buyer be assured.
