Long story short, the bras were wrong size because two weeks prior the older lady (petite, short dark hair) who measured me, didn't help me much and measured me inaccurately. She didn't come check on me and seemed awkward and bothered and a bit strange when I asked her a question and when checking out. I did not have a good experience but really needed bras so without help, just picked the ones I thought and ordered the rest. Coming back to pick up, Amanda went above and a beyond for me. After explaining my experience, she went all in and re-measured me, shopped for me, made sure the bras were fitting right (all had to be different sizes due to the style), and did all with a smile. She treated me like I was her sister or best friend and I am beyond appreciative. Amanda deserves a raise! To work in Lane Bryant, we need more Amandas.

Doesn't matter the time of day. By the time I finished shopping (spent $200 plus) | was sweating all over.My hair was even wet from it. We spent at least an hour in this business and were treated like queens. I wish we thought of getting the two ladies names working last night. They were truly amazing and attentive! We tried on multiple garments and when one of the employees was putting the ones we did not want to purchase away I had to apologize that we tried on so many, to which the employee waved it off and said we were amazing and don't worry about. I am here visiting and wish we had a Maurice's in Alaska, you definitely know how to employee those who are excellent in customer service. Thank you two ladies for giving us such a pleasant experience!

I buy most of my dress pants here and lots of dresses for church and trips and going out! Now this store is cramped and off the beaten path but worth the drive most items are from $10-$25 which is awesome. The left hand of the store is just regular sizing then goes into kids and shoes the right hand is a huge plus size section and then a men's and purses section! I've never bought anything there for my hubby tho. I've been to the store in lufkin and its nothing compared to this one even tho its a metro meaning bigger.
