She was very helpful and understanding that I needed to make payments. The application for credit took just a few minutes and I got the exact freezer of my dreams TWICE!!! To my absolute surprise shock and splendor the lady who rang me up said they will deliver this to you this afternoon. I just purchased it at about 1:00 pm so I was blown away by the customer service. The deluxe bouquet is what was suppose to be delivered. Not only was it not deluxe it was barely equivalent to a grocery store arrangement. I was so disappointed and sad when I saw what had been delivered. I live across the country now so when sending flowers to someone back home I will know who to not use after this disaster. The value was nonexistent. The 3rd party site did refund me but knowing this is the quality of work is beyond disappointing.

All sales are final, but she threw a fit and started screaming about replacing the product.
