CUSTOMER BEWARE OF POSSIBLE PRICE GAUGING, RIP OFFS AND OVERCHARGING! Went to Kline's yesterday to fax a ten page two sided document on five sheets of paper. Was told because it was two sided they would have to copy the document and charge me for 20 pages at $1.75 per page which comes to $35 plus tax. I thought that was way overpriced so I made sure to emphasize that the document I wanted faxed was only ten pages on five sheets of paper. The clerk double checked with a manger who confirmed the $35+ price tag for the fax. The next destination on my list was my bank where the friendly clerk fed the five sheets of paper to her scanner/faxer/printer, pushed a couple of buttons, entered the phone number and the document was faxed in less than two minutes. No charge! If you are considering doing business with Kline's make sure to call ahead to check on the prices to avoid wasting time and being overcharged. read more

A short haired lady with glasses waited on me and immediately gave me a cold exterior. I wondered what could be the problem because I had not opened my mouth yet. This is about the second time it's happened. So like any other customer I called to speak to management. The manager said things like "wow" "over the top" and the lady who helped me was "a minority" herself. As if inter minority bias isn't a thing. I explained I didn't feel safe coming to do business with people who preemptively judge my character before words are exchanged. He chuckled and said "maybe I'm just not that sensitive"... Nac can be a wonderful place to live, but places like this make it hard to do business within the town you live in. I was offered a very insincere apology that I'm sure was made to get me off the phone. IF I have to do business at Kline/Wrap it up again, I will bring a witness to ensure I receive adequate customer service like all citizens deserve. The manager will defend his employees to no end, check out the Google reviews. He is a very nasty, condescending businessman. NAC if you can go somewhere else to spend your money, please skip Kline/Wrap it up and go elsewhere. Below I will attach the managers very professional response. read more

I like to come here to mail packages and stuff. The only really weird and creepy thing is that when I come to use the fax or copier the old man does it and he likes to read the documents I need copied or sending! He's not even subtle about it. It makes me super uncomfortable. read more
