I was on my way to the event where I was taking the books and I had to scramble to send the books to the other Walgreens in Lufkin. Luckily the photo associate was able to handle my order immediately. He was amazing! I would definitely use the Walgreens on Frank Ave for all your photo needs.

I get told that only 7 days of 14 can be filled because insurance won't pay for more than that, to easy, no insurance is being used I'm paying out of pocket and told that it'll be ready by 2:15 the whole prescription. Upon calling to ensure it's ready, Janet answers the phone asks a couple questions and the proceeds to hang up on me. So I go there to see what the deal is. I'm then told it was not even worked on because of some DEA law... I feel like the lady I talked to made it up so she can pocket the rest of the prescription because they are norcos(high street value) I'm contacting her immediate supervisor(I'm assuming she's the manager) Mr. Bonnano everyday until repercussions are received. The treatment I received simply because and in her words "unhappy with the service" is unprofessional. They obviously do not communicate with each other or else their stories would have all correlated.

Of course it's not a very good place to shop because it's a Walmart, and there's a lot of problems with it, and the employees are one of the main problems, but that can be said about almost any Walmart store.
