I get that everyone is human. I never complained and continued to support this pharmacy. However, after today I am done. I need a specific medication for migraines that is taken monthly. I sent my refill in on the app like I always do. I went to pick it up and after waiting about 15 minutes they tell me I need a PA. I asked the tech, confused, "Since when?" She responded very rudely with, "Since now. You'll have to call your doctor tomorrow." I informed her that I never needed a PA before and it just seemed odd that I do now. I called my insurance and they fixed the issue right away. I go back in and they are already working on it, which is great. Then they tell me my coupon for my co-pay (which is $200) isn't working. I download a new one, activate it, and give them that. Still apparently isn't working. At this point I've been waiting inside the pharmacy for an hour and a half and they are technically closed. I'm now being told (by the same rude tech) that I'll have to try again tomorrow because... wait for it... THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE IT IN STOCK. I would love to know why I wasn't informed of this from the start. Instead of being with my kids after working all day, I sat in a pharmacy for over an hour and a half for no reason. I'm officially done with Abeldt's and will be moving all mine and my family's prescriptions to Lufkin Pharmacy first thing in the morning. Editing to add: Spoke with Erika, a manager this morning. Upon…read moretrying to fill a prescription for my spouse after her invasive shoulder surgery I get judged by my tattoos and put around the ringer. I get told that only 7 days of 14 can be filled because insurance won't pay for more than that, to easy, no insurance is being used I'm paying out of pocket and told that it'll be ready by 2:15 the whole prescription. Upon calling to ensure it's ready, Janet answers the phone asks a couple questions and the proceeds to hang up on me. So I go there to see what the deal is. I'm then told it was not even worked on because of some DEA law... I feel like the lady I talked to made it up so she can pocket the rest of the prescription because they are norcos(high street value) I'm contacting her immediate supervisor(I'm assuming she's the manager) Mr. Bonnano everyday until repercussions are received. The treatment I received simply because and in her words "unhappy with the service" is unprofessional. They obviously do not communicate with each other or else their stories would have all correlated.

Of course it's not a very good place to shop because it's a Walmart, and there's a lot of problems with it, and the employees are one of the main problems, but that can be said about almost any Walmart store.
