First, I left a voice mail and soon I got a call back from the owner Lynn Gonzalez. Lynn is an excellent listener and we discussed how to initiate and complete my long-distance purchase with a local Key West business and have the product promptly shipped to me in Birmingham, Alabama. I can count on her for running an errand, going to the hardware store, tighten up cabinets handles, addressing some basic internet resets, changing our key codes, etc. My first project with her about a year ago was flawless - she made numerous copies of keys, labeled everything, checked that each key worked, delivered the keys to our places. Tatiana immediately worked with the property owner to arrange a pick up and same day delivery to the nearest FEDEX office and ensured proper labeling, packaging and insurance coverage for shipping on New Year's Eve. She kept me up to date and followed up with receipt for tracking number so I could directly manage FEDEX deliver to my home. What a relief to have her on the job. I felt like I was her highest priority and had a capable personal assistant on the ground who knew how to get things done quickly in Key West.
