I told him I reserved for the location on Stock Island at 6401 3rd St, Key West only to be told they few available units there although my confirmation clearly had that address and not one single mention of Big Coppitt. BAIT AND SWITCH much Storage Mart? I asked him if my rent to going to skyrocket in a few month, at least he was honest and said it'd from jump from $23 a month to $150. This is definitely deceptive sales tactics.

His estimate was very reasonable and he was able to schedule my move for June 1st. My movers were Kyle and Stanley and they were absolutely great! They moved my stuff to my 3rd floor condo (32 steps and no elevator)! They were very professional but really pleasant and friendly. They were able to give me a spot on estimate. The movers arrived early, communicated ahead of time, verified times with myself and made sure they had directions and location down without any issues.
