The convenience here is excellent. The facility is always clean, well maintained, and air-conditioned, parking is always available, and the hours make it easy to stop by whenever I need. I like how quickly I can get in and out -- it really feels like an extension of my apartment. Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful, including Marty, who is always pleasant to work with. Overall, it's been a really reliable and stress-free storage experience. I had arranged for people to move me but it fell thru at the last minute. I called DRN. Derek, the owner, came personally to give me an estimate. He spent time with me and answered all my questions. His estimate was very reasonable and he was able to schedule my move for June 1st. My movers were Kyle and Stanley and they were absolutely great! They moved my stuff to my 3rd floor condo (32 steps and no elevator)! They were very professional but really pleasant and friendly. They were able to give me a spot on estimate. The movers arrived early, communicated ahead of time, verified times with myself and made sure they had directions and location down without any issues. They were very friendly, helpful and even knew the easiest and most effective way to get furniture into a two and three story condo! I couldn't have made it with DRN!!!
