I think this is a classic Key West story: People stay in business due to a lack of competition, not due to quality of work, integrity, or professionalism. I'm 500 dollars in the hole with no sign above my store. Would not recommend.

Zack was accommodating and helped me while I was there. When you're not directly in from of them, getting someone to get back to you really tough. Finally got the boat name and it is perfect. I feel like if you're not spending thousands on a boat or car wrap or something you are an afterthought. Trying to get information about my design now to send to my website designer and no luck. Just keep getting "I'll get that right over" and then nothing. I guess I've already paid so no need to respond. Honestly, I would go elsewhere.
