Keys Technology Services was quick, courteous, and above all, honest! They resolved my issue (essentially operator error) and would not let me pay them because they stated that they didn't have to fix anything. They have all my future business and I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I had an issue with my iPad and took it over to them. I had misread Apple's instructions as to how to fix the issue and they fixed it within a couple of minutes. Prompt, friendly service. I would absolutely use them again. read more

Very, very impressed with this company. I have an older iPhone 12 pro max and the battery is beginning to wear. Unfortunately, due to the shortage, the batteries have not arrived yet. They did let me know that if it is not an Apple replacement, then there are certain characteristics that the iPhone will not give you certain information on the battery performance. I truly appreciate the fact that they were honest enough to inform me prior to having it done. As far as I'm concerned, that's excellent business practice. read more

I contacted this business while I was in Paris where I live with my family because I was going to be in the Keys the following week and needed a phone screen repair. They told me how much the repair would be and that I could come by anytime on the day I was planning to be in Key West. I went there & dropped off my phone, the repair was complete in less than an hour, the work was flawless and the price was exactly as quoted. Cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

Had an issue with my phone constantly loading and the apps disappearing off the Home Screen (Didn't know what McAfee Total Protection was doing when all of this was going on but it wasn't picking up on their radar). I came to these guys to resolve the issue and they were super helpful. They restarted my iPhone (literally turned it off and on again) and it was like nothing ever happened!!! Anyways, they didn't charge me and they didn't make me feel stupid about not trying that in the first place. No long wait times or anything to complain about. Super nice lady on the front desk. I give them 5 stars! read more

A week or two late, but my iPhone was stuck in this loop just showing the apple appear and disappear, like it crashed so I brought it to them and first they tried to update the software which didn't end up working and ultimately had to open the phone and noticed some water damage that made my facial recognition not work. They disabled that feature and my phone was back up and running. They were lifesavers. I though I lost everything. Agnes and her friends in the back were awesome. You're at the mercy of these places and they can really jam you with costs. At no point did I feel that way at this place. Through put the whole process she would tell me what each step of the way entailed and how much it would cost and asked my permission to forge ahead. She made a very stressful situation a lot less stressful. I said I'd write a review and as usual forgot, but then I found the piece of paper I wrote her name down on and just had to write her a review to sing her praises. Like it's Saturday night and I'm writing her and this place a review. They are that good. read more

We are vacationing in the lower keys and my IPhone froze up. We went to the cell phone provider but they said there was nothing they could do. We were advised to go to Keys Technology nearby. Service was great, the employee who helped me was actually able to get my phone to function without any trouble, literally as I had left my phone with her to work on and was getting into my vehicle. I had to turn back around and get my phone before I left the parking lot. I joked and said I couldn't believe what happened, it just had been frozen up for over two hours. She joked and said she's been told she has magic fingers. Great place of business, very helpful, reasonable too. Very pleased customer. read more

To: The Staff of Keys Technology I would like to give you a Big Thank You! For every friend or business constituent I have sent you. Its seem that your staff have gone out the way to make our experiences a pleasant one. You have not let me down . Your prices are very fair, your waiting period on my repairs where very quick & You greet your customers with smiles even when some of us are trying to explain what problem we are having with our computers or with our I-phones. Your staff are some of the most patient people I have talk with on this whole island. I am the type of person who do not like to spend money at a place where I feel I been cheated. I want you to know that every thing you have repaired for me is still working like brand new. I know that I can trust you and your people. I can remember bringing a Mac into your business sometime ago and asking one of the guys , why can I not get on line? He look at it, and type a few thing up and WOW I was on line . He explained to me that my setting was wrong . But before I came to you guys I stop by another shop and they told me that I had to pay all this money because the problem was my mother board had gone bad. I found out he told me that only to get more money out of me. Every since that day I will only allow you guys to repair my electronics and I am sure a lot others feel the same way. Keep up the good work and I Thank you guys so much for being honest and caring of others especially in these days where good people are so hard to find . I am so glad to know you . I have nothing but the highest means respect for your business and would challenge anyone who feels different. Stay blessed and have a great week end . Bjsafari Comedian. Entertainer read more

I could cry tears of joy writing this review! My old MacBook (RIP) refused to power up past the login, meaning I had zero access to any of my data (photos that were from 7 years ago, graduate school application materials, wedding guest list, the works). In less than a collective 24 hours, they not only diagnosed my computer-- which I decided was beyond repair-- but they transferred all of my data to my external hard drive for a very reasonable price. They were prompt and transparent, calling me throughout the entire process to give me status updates and giving me pricing on things. I hope I never require their services again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to seek them out. Thank you Keys Technology! read more

We called Keys Technology to ask if they could replace the charging port on an Apple iphone 6. They indicated a 1 hour wait and charge of $77 which seemed reasonable. When I went there the technician quietly evaluated the phone and carefully removed several pieces of dirt with tweezers. Charger works fine now. Who would have thought? But, no charge for the polite and professional service and would happily go back to them for more service. read more

Great service, I was on vacation when my iphone would not charge. I went to the ATT store and expected it was time to upgrade. To do that I needed enough power to transfer my contacts so they recommended I try Keys Technology to see if they could get it to charge. In only a few minutes they found the problem and sent me on my way free of charge! Since my charging problem was repaired I kept my phone and was back on vacation in less than 30 min. read more

When the little crack on my iPhone screen that I had decided I could live with suddenly worsened dramatically, I wrote a post on FB, asking if anyone knew where I could get it fixed. Four people immediately and enthusiastically told me to go to Keys Technology, which had just opened up. I went to their website, which assured me that they did, indeed, fix cracked screens. A few days later I swung by their store to find out how much it was going to cost me and was very pleased to find out it was much less than I had anticipated! A rare surprise! Also I thought I'd have to leave my phone for a day or more so being told it would take an hour tops (probably 45 mins, he said!!) was even better! It was easy to plan a shopping trip to the stores later in the week while my phone was restored to good-as-new!! Peter was really friendly and professional. The store looks great, as well...they have very cool hi-tech looking chairs in the waiting area!! I'm glad they have opened up shop in such a convenient location on our island...I've reccommended them already to a few clumsy friends! read more
