I can count on her for running an errand, going to the hardware store, tighten up cabinets handles, addressing some basic internet resets, changing our key codes, etc. My first project with her about a year ago was flawless - she made numerous copies of keys, labeled everything, checked that each key worked, delivered the keys to our places. I like how Lynn uses some sound problem solving skills, which sometimes I need a second set of eyes on something. She gives me an assessment and from there I can decide how to proceed.
