A shout out to Tatiana and Concierge Delivery. She assisted in the recovering of my work travel bag, laptop computer, books and notebooks promptly left behind at a Key West rental after we had flown out from our month long vacation. Tatiana immediately worked with the property owner to arrange a pick up and same day delivery to the nearest FEDEX office and ensured proper labeling, packaging and insurance coverage for shipping on New Year's Eve. She kept me up to date and followed up with receipt for tracking number so I could directly manage FEDEX deliver to my home. What a relief to have her on the job. I felt like I was her highest priority and had a capable personal assistant on the ground who knew how to get things done quickly in Key West. They were amazing! It was easy to get our food order to them and then they called to make sure the sizes and amounts were what we wanted. When we got to our place, everything was put away in the fridge, freezer and counter. No bags or boxes were to be soon. It was so nice to have everything already in place when we arrived. I hired Tatiana Johnson to decorate our hotel room as a surprise for my partners 80th birthday. I was very specific for her not to change me until the day we checked in , to ensure it would be a surprise and that my partner would not see the change. I was charged 2 days prior to check in. the surprise was ruined . There for I canceled the service . Tariana would not credit my account and was so disrespectful and rude to me . She insisted she was going to still decorate my room. I had to inform the hotel that she could not enter my room. She then told me she would drop the decorations at the lobby. I then had to inform the hotel not to accept anything from her. She has refused to credit my and kept the 20% tip. I have been in contact with my bank. worst worst experience I have ever had. read more

I can't say enough great things about Tatiana ! When we had an offshore fishing trip, we didn't have much time to prepare for it. Tatiana packed us a lunch along with beverages that was delivered to our hotel by 7 am. The lunch was perfect and there was plenty of it!
