I spent most of my time with the Manager, Paula, and Sales Associate, Rochelle. I was able to quicky get the items that I came for. I also took a look around (what woman doesn't like looking at jewelry and sparkly adornments?!) and had an interesting conversation with the Manager. She offered to clean my studs, and trust, they REALLY needed cleaning. Not only did she restore them to their original beautiful luster but she also fixed the post. Overall, I had a good experience here - no pressure to buy anything - was that because I was the first person of the day? I can't say for sure, I did however, indulge in the presentation and explanation of the tanzanite earring/necklace specials. They made me feel like a VIP customer during my first visit. Now by living with what has become the new normal, it is commendable on how these businesses and public places continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. It is now all the more important that we as customers, support these heroes during these dark hours to mankind. A gem of a shop in the middle of a busy downtown area of Key West. We were tourists here and randomly got into this store because of an enticing entrance. As we entered, an old lady in one of the counters made a prompt welcoming. They had a wonderful collection of decors, gift items and showpieces ranging in all sizes and budgets. The frog collection was definitely an eye-pulling one and we got ourselves couple of glass made roosters that are symbolic to the Keys (you find them literally everywhere in the Keys, as if they are the National bird of the US). The high price is a bit of a sour point but I guess that's got to do with the demographics of this place and the visiting tourist population.

A month later, the silver started turning and peeling off and underneath it was brass. The chain turned quickly then the charm. I tried to polish both and they never came clean. Ive worked with jewelry before so I know my metals...this was NOT steeling silver, but some kind of overlay. I emailed them about what they would do and I got no response. You can't claim your product is sterling silver, if it's not. So DO NOT BUY!!! Be very careful from buying from there.
