I also took a look around (what woman doesn't like looking at jewelry and sparkly adornments?!) and had an interesting conversation with the Manager. She offered to clean my studs, and trust, they REALLY needed cleaning. Not only did she restore them to their original beautiful luster but she also fixed the post. Overall, I had a good experience here - no pressure to buy anything - was that because I was the first person of the day? I can't say for sure, I did however, indulge in the presentation and explanation of the tanzanite earring/necklace specials. They made me feel like a VIP customer during my first visit. The frog collection was definitely an eye-pulling one and we got ourselves couple of glass made roosters that are symbolic to the Keys (you find them literally everywhere in the Keys, as if they are the National bird of the US).
