He showed up right on time, gave solid advice to us on what to have done and offered prices that felt like a good value to us. He even told us to simply machine wash the covers on some outside furniture and save a bunch of money over paying him to do them, and he washed some small pillows with non-removeable covers at no charge. It took him 2 1/2 hours of hard work, and he never complained. He was very thorough, cleaning every area, including the furniture backs, arms, edges, etc. The colors of the carpet and the upholstory pop now, and the whole place ffeels brighter.
