He replaced walls and floor tile, trim and replaced the existing window with a high impact window. He painted where required. This work was all permitted and met current code/standards. He has done extensive interior and exterior work throughout my home. He is professional. His skills are broad, his knowledge and judgement are superb. Steve is a man of his trade, from being prompt showing up to giving us a quote which was very…read morefairly priced considering the job, to always answering our calls/texts and being very informative of what the job entails. We wanted to have our whole house stuccoed as well as having termite and water damaged wood replaced and having the area stuccoed to remove future exposure to the elements and pests. His crew Darrel, Terry, and Pat are also truly hard workers and very personable, working cleanly and professionally. Everyday they would make sure the area was tidy picking up trash/debris from the work and going above and beyond when pressure washing. They even cleaned the walkways which was an unexpected benefit and perk to choosing a quality team that truly cares about what they do. The job ended up being a lot more intensive in the aspect of wood replacement and Steve assured us he would do quality work and not leave us hanging with constant price fluctuations. He stuck to his word and showed us the work as it was done reassuring us all the bad wood and live termites, that we had no idea were there, were gone now.
