Hot water tank broke in attic. I did what I could to mitigate damage and called Patti. She arrived with two people to inspect and decided on our plan. I wish I could remember their names because they were on top of it. Hammer and Eddie came to install. Total pros. There was not an inch to spare (literally) getting the one out of the attic entrance and headed back in with the new one. Tight enough to have to remove a molding. We were amazed at just how quickly Patti The Plumber responded to our repair request for a leaky kitchen faucet. The faucet needed to be replaced, and she recommended an appropriate, stylish model we were able to purchase from an outside source. They returned this morning bright and early and did a complicated install quickly and professionally. We are very happy with the results. She also recommended a water filtration system, something we have had in the past at previous homes in Florida, and Patti's team installed the filter as well. they were Johnny on the spot. I had two places that needed attending to neither one of my air conditioners were working. They had them both up and running and fixed in one day amazing...... I would recommend them for any air conditioning or plumbing definitely they are so kind on the phone and they installed a temperature control unit that monitors the heat and air conditioning and humidity and anything that's wrong. We love Patti the Plumber. They took what a tenant did to the kitchen sink because it was leaking and fixed it correctly. They also installed three whole house water filters for us. One of them, they had to dig three feet down to find the water line. We came back to see what it looked like and you couldn't even tell they had been there. All back to normal.
