So far so good! I have an iPhone XR it was $129 (before tax) and took 30 minutes and my phone is working well. A bit glitchy at time, but I think that's more due to the fact that I dropped it hard onto concrete. Glass is perfectly repair, I really didn't think it was repairable since the graphics were even all messed up and flashing colors. Visiting Key West for vacation! Dropped my phone on Thursday and brought it here for a screen replacement. The owner charged $150 + tax for an after market screen replacement and proceeded to look up a YouTube video behind his desk to see how to replace the screen on my iPhone 15. Waited 20 mins and sent on my way with a working but lagged a little screen. Less than 24 hours later I woke up and the screen no longer worked? Brought it back with receipt and was met with hostility and blame and refusal to replace the screen that was faulty. Owner said "I knew you were going to be trouble when you walked in here yesterday" and "have fun, dispute with your bank" The only thing worse than this shop was the owners attitude. If I could give 0 stars I would. One would think being one of two phone repair places on the island we'd be met with more grace. My recommendation is to go to the other one 5 minutes away from his if you can! read more

Wow. I should have put this review two years ago. The service was so great here that I haven't forgotten about it all of that time. My girlfriend and I walked in to repair an iPhone whose buttons stopped working, imagining that we were going to need buttons, or circuit board, etc.. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable, and SO gracious to us. Analyzing the problem, he tried an operation to blow air across the circuit board areas, explaining that dirt sometimes will cause minor shorts that could cause that issue. Having done that, we turned the phone on, and the problem was solved -- with no parts needed. Two years later, the problem is still solved. So, no parts; how much do we owe you? Nothing, he said. It's a rare business that so knows its stuff, and is fair with its customers to the point of doing the craft for nothing. Perhaps he perceived it as an inconsequential job; but for us, he fixed a $1,000 iPhone that remains fixed to this day. Thank you so much! read more
