Visiting Key West for vacation! Dropped my phone on Thursday and brought it here for a screen replacement. The owner charged $150 + tax for an after market screen replacement and proceeded to look up a YouTube video behind his desk to see how to replace the screen on my iPhone 15. Waited 20 mins and sent on my way with a working but lagged a little screen. Less than 24 hours later I woke up and the screen no longer worked? Brought it back with receipt and was met with hostility and blame and refusal to replace the screen that was faulty. Owner said "I knew you were going to be trouble when you walked in here yesterday" and "have fun, dispute with your bank" The only thing worse than this shop was the owners attitude. If I could give 0 stars I would. One would think being one of two phone repair places on the island we'd be met with more grace. My recommendation is to go to the other one 5 minutes away from his if you can! read more

My phone's battery wasn't working. The rear camera was smashed, as was the entire back. I went to this store at 6:00 p.m., and they told me to pick up my phone at 7:30 p.m. They left it completely as good as new. When I reset the phone, it said the new parts were 100% original from Apple. Everything was fine. I highly recommend coming here. And it's not expensive! read more

So far so good! I have an iPhone XR it was $129 (before tax) and took 30 minutes and my phone is working well. A bit glitchy at time, but I think that's more due to the fact that I dropped it hard onto concrete. Glass is perfectly repair, I really didn't think it was repairable since the graphics were even all messed up and flashing colors. Even if you think your screen is discolored and super broken, I promise they can fix it. read more

Used my iPhone sitting at a swim-up pool bar (it's IP68, so should have been okay), Started restarting itself a couple hours after leaving the pool. Brought it into Quick Fix and they were able to confirm that some water got in. They cleaned it out and put it back together, and it has been running strong for several days now. Saved me $1000 on a new phone. Thanks guys! read more

I was an idiot and took my phone out of the dry bag during a snorkeling excursion. When I tried to charge my phone it said there was moisture in the connection area. I could not charge my phone and thought I lost all my vacation pictures. I took the phone to Quick fix and they had the solution and $35.00 and a 1/2 hour later I was back in business!!! I'm ecstatic and grateful for their great service and fair prices. read more

I was thrilled with quick fix. My phone had the "green screen of death". I called another place and was told They would need top order parts and would take 3 to 4 days. I walked out of quick fix. It took a little over the hour they promised me, and he apologized that he was interrupted due to the big cruise ship that just got in port. But the phone worked like new and he took $10 off because I was a local. read more

From out of town and needed a quick fix. Super helpful and fixed the phone within 5 minutes!!!

Wow. I should have put this review two years ago. The service was so great here that I haven't forgotten about it all of that time. My girlfriend and I walked in to repair an iPhone whose buttons stopped working, imagining that we were going to need buttons, or circuit board, etc.. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable, and SO gracious to us. Analyzing the problem, he tried an operation to blow air across the circuit board areas, explaining that dirt sometimes will cause minor shorts that could cause that issue. Having done that, we turned the phone on, and the problem was solved -- with no parts needed. Two years later, the problem is still solved. So, no parts; how much do we owe you? Nothing, he said. It's a rare business that so knows its stuff, and is fair with its customers to the point of doing the craft for nothing. Perhaps he perceived it as an inconsequential job; but for us, he fixed a $1,000 iPhone that remains fixed to this day. Thank you so much! read more
