We enjoy dropping off our laundry when we get to the island, then picking it up a few hours later clean and neatly folded.

I am so glad I was referred to Hilltop Laundry ahead of our Key West trip. Location was prime, easy to walk to, and they also offer full service delivery! For about $10 (cash only! They have an ATM) we received all of our laundry washed, dried, and folded. I couldn't believe how quickly it was done- we had time for one brief activity and it was ready! They were so friendly. It's just what you all said: (the reliable people anyway) the gentleman that works here is very friendly and he had my laundry done in two hours (and text me) and I didn't ask for any special service. It would've cost me $6 to do this laundry and he only charged me $10 wash dry and fold. read more

I have been using Hilltop Pickup and drop off for years now and am a Key West resident. I have a washer dryer in my home but bedspreads and blankets are too heavy for them. I have NEVER had a reason to complain...ever! Excellent and timely service, clean bedspreads, blankets and towels. Read all the negative reviews and believe them. I was quoted $9/load for the clothes I brought in (all summer clothes and kids items, no more than two loads with room to spare since we are only in KW for a few days) but when it came time to pick up, the fee magically became $30. When the employer there showed me what he calls a "load" it was a small stack of clothes that didn't even fill the washer 1/4. The clothes had the added bonus of still smelling dirty AND the middle aged man who works there is possibly the rudest person in Key West. He was wearing a shirt covered in holes, which should have been my first clue honestly. This place is garbage, the machines are garbage, the employees and owner are garbage, and they will leave your clothes smelling like garbage. I would rather buy new clothes and donate them when I am done than let them touch anything I own ever again. read more

The worst experience ever! Not only did I get ripped off for my wash load because my clothes still smelt like sea water but the owner yelled at me and said he didn't care about my clothes because I didn't do drop off service with him? My boyfriend and I have been using this laundry service for 4 years. Since we don't have a washer dryer hookup and we both hate to do laundry anyway, hilltop has been very convenient. Today though, I've had it with them! Our clothes have come back wet again! We pay for pickup, wash, DRY, fold,and deliver. We have to hang all our clothes up AGAIN bc none are dry. Sometimes we don't get home from work until hours after the laundry has been dropped off. The laundry is put in plastic bags so it marinates and gets gross. I have called and complained twice about this matter and the costumer service is bad, the girl who answers the phone doesn't speak English for the most part. Each time we order a pick up I'm positive they just get our address from the caller id. read more

We are dying in Key West on a boat I. The Bight Marina. We are having numerous guests so I'm having to change sheets and wash towels frequently! Hilltop's pickup and delivery is a lifesaver! Greedy Greedy Greedy. Filthy Filthy Filthy. No Hot Water. Broken machines and they refuse to give you your money back. I had to throw away some of my whites because of their filthy muddy water. And if you look at the glass in the washers you can actually see green slimy pond scum in the seams. The barrels in the washer are so filthy that it actually left a stained polka dot pattern on my clothes. The washer was broken and they refused to refund my money because they said I used the water and had to pay. Save yourself the aggravation and go to a reputable place. read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star. I can get past the dirty grungy building, but cannot get past the rudeness of the guy that runs the place. First - when I was inserting quarters in the washer, one got stuck and I could not get it out. I walked over to the man to ask him if he could help me. I got half a sentence out when he started yelling and cursing that he's busy and doesn't have time for anything else. The lady that work there came over with a tool and helped me. Second - I tried closing the dryer door three times, but it would not catch and stay closed. Apparently, I closed it too hard because he began yelling from the other side of the room profanities about people slamming doors and breaking things that he has to fix. He literally walked around the room for ten minutes yelling and cursing about what I did...with me sitting right there. When my husband came to pick me up, I told him what happened. My husband asked the guy what the problem was and why did he need to yell at me. The guy couldn't even apologize or have a conversation with us; he went to the back room, peeked his head around the corner and told us we weren't allowed to come back and that he was calling the police. I did NOTHING to him or anyone else to deserve such treatment. read more

Nasty place....nasty lady working...so rude...and very bitchy. Machines took my money...I got no refund....lady yelled me and said I didn't no how to use machine.... but when she put money in it didn't work...she said I broke it....she called me a stupid.
