His estimate was very reasonable and he was able to schedule my move for June 1st. My movers were Kyle and Stanley and they were absolutely great! They moved my stuff to my 3rd floor condo (32 steps and no elevator)! They were very professional but really pleasant and friendly. They wrapped everything so there was no damage and the move went smoothly. I could not have asked for a better experience. If you need to move, you need to call Derek -- you will not be sorry!

They were able to give me a spot on estimate. The movers arrived early, communicated ahead of time, verified times with myself and made sure they had directions and location down without any issues. They were very friendly, helpful and even knew the easiest and most effective way to get furniture into a two and three story condo! I couldn't have made it with DRN!!! I was already charged for being being on the 3rd floor but they decided to charge an extra $192 for distance which is under 75ft. I didn't even fill no where near half of the truck as seen below. The biggest piece of furniture I have is a couch the rest was a tv stand and boxes. The biggest issue is that they act like they don't even understand me when I'm speaking. This was the worst first experience. When you are doing business I feel it is disrespectful and unprofessional to speak in another language while filling out papers and making up numbers. It makes the customer feel like something is fishy. UPDATE!!! I went to do a claim and this company is not authorized to be operating!!! They changed their name thinking they'd get away with it. We have rented a large unit at this facility for about two years. While the office is closed on Sundays, the facility guarantees access daily from 6 AM to 10 PM. As a business owner who relies on dependable access, I urge others to read on. We were returning equipment to our unit and picking up other items when the main door closed and automatically locked behind us. Our access code failed because this facility relies on WiFi-based security, which was down. After an hour of frustration--alongside five other tenants in the same predicament--we reached their telephone support team, only to find them just as helpless as we were. Their solution? "Come back tomorrow." This was not an option--our unit was wide open, and we had no idea if anyone else was inside or when (or if) their WiFi would resume to unlock the doors. Concerningly, another tenant present said the same thing had happened to him within the past month. This suggests an ongoing issue, not an isolated event. If you own a business and need reliable access to your storage unit, think carefully before choosing this facility. I requested a call from a responsible representative three times--the onsite staff are powerless to offer a solution, this review is my last resort. WiFi issues happen, but this facility has no backup solution. A simple on-call local locksmith, security company, or staff member could prevent such incidents. The lack of responsiveness we experienced has been disappointing.
