According to the tracking information, the package was **delivered to the store**, so I went there expecting to pick it up. I ended up waiting **approximately two hours** for the store manager then told me that the package was never delivered to the store, even though the UPS driver stated that he "did deliver the package". When I asked for help resolving the situation, I was essentially told that there was nothing they could do and that I needed to file a claim. This is unacceptable customer service. I paid extra for the package to be delivered to the store, the tracking information showed it as delivered, and the driver confirmed the delivery--yet the store could not locate my package or provide any meaningful assistance. After waiting two hours and paying an additional fee for a service that was not properly handled, I left feeling completely frustrated and dismissed. Customers should not have to spend hours trying to locate a package that the tracking system and driver both indicate was delivered. I would not recommend this UPS Store based on this experience. The lack of accountability and customer service was extremely disappointing.
