Terrible! They lost my package and I am pissed about it!! I Also paid for two day shipping which was pointless. I am beyond disappointed and will never ship through fedex ever again. Customer service even more terrible and all over the place. Different agents tell you different things and No one was able to give me an update or do a proper trace on my package which was worth 1200. UPS would never. I'm disgusted. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. FedEx is a complete joke. They have had my package for over 24 hours with no update at all. Can't contact them because no one answers the phones and I'm sure if they did it wouldn't be any help at all just like in the past. This wouldn't be as big of an issue to me if the package contained something else but this is a firearm that has been sitting in their facility. If no update soon, I will be filing reports on them and contacting the ATF on this issue. read more

Great place to ship packages if already packed, otherwise shipping materials are limited because they are a ship center not a pack and mail place like FedEx office. Staff is super friendly. read more

FedEx is a nightmare I have had a number if incidents on the past year and can never find a person to talk to. The computer just transfer me to another extension and then hangs up. I have been waiting all day for a package that was scheduled for end of day in an email they sent. When I called to find out what time as it was after 6pm I was told it was on rout to Oakland Last time i looked Oakland is in Ca I am in TX. In short there is no one to help with problems other than the computer and it is a mess. I posted online about tis and had tons of similar responses delivered. I ordered a machine and the company said it was shipped by fedex. FedEx says says tracking number incorrect. So I tried to call fedex but without a correct tracking number they will not even talked to you. Over the years I have never ever had a positive experience with fedex. What can I say any different than what you already know or have experienced at FedEx. This location is one of the main hubs here in the Alliance area. Surrounded by Bell Helicopter and American Airlines hubs as well. You can catch many flights being departed here on a regular bases for freight and package shipments. At this location theres on duty clerks to assist with package shipping and handling. On the day of this visit I was her for the annual Alliance Airshow. It is held every year in October around the first weekend or the second from Saturday to Sunday normally with the hours of 9 til 5 approximately. When coming out it is always a mess with traffic so plan early for good spots. Parking ranges about $20 but there are lots of free spaces around and near the area to park and view if your not wanting to pay for parking. Lots of good vendors and activities for you and the kiddos. The staff at FedEx are very nice and professional with their services and transportation to and from the grounds. Every year this event gets bigger and better. I guess you can say that this FedEx stands out from the others with having such a good and fun event for you to attend every year. Terrible service. The front bald headed dude with the glasses was absolutely the rudest agent I've ever come across. It's a shame I didn't get his name but the dude made me feel super uncomfortable. I hope management looks into his behavior because I won't be coming back to this location. I knew I liked UPS for a reason he just gave the company an even worse reputation with myself and I'm sure I'm not the only one. read more
