I like coming here for my shipping needs because I have my name in the system and it's basically a one stop shop. They ship with the commercial shipping, but also with the USPS, which is a great savings to me. They do all printing, copies, office needs, etc. And the shoppe carries all sorts of fantastic gifts in the front store display shelves, many items are from local artists. Purses, candles, essential oils, gadgets, gizmos, and lots of cool toys for babies, kids, adults, and even pEvery time I go, there are new things to see and I love that! It feels like an old time postal office, because they even have PO Boxes. The staff is super sweet and attentive. It is in a safe area and close to Kroger, Academy Sports, restaurants, movie theater, and easy highway access. This year, I mailed two batches separately, one I dropped off and the woman who was there said she would pack and send. The second batch a week later I took in early and she was there again, and I asked to watch her pack it as there was no one behind me but then a lady came in after that while packing & then a few more customers. She got the box and paper packing and proceeded to push down on the top of the plastic top to ensure it was a good fit. There was no reason to for her to push down on the top middle with both her hands and fingers and I told her there were hershey kiss cookies in the container. She should have pushed around the edges to check and not the middle and it was already firmly packed!! She proceeded to put more paper on top. All to say that my son said when he received the cookies, the hershey kisses were broken and a lot of them off the cookies! I have never had any issues before with those cookies and I feel like when she pushed, she broke the cookies!! Prior to packing as well, she put them in a plastic back flipping the container a couple times also which was not necessary and she should have taken more time with it like the men have done in the past holding the container horizontal while placing in bag. I was very disappointed to hear this and will not be coming back to your store if she is there. I will go to another location!!

Omar filled in the details of the job to get us the right crew, and got us scheduled for the very next morning. Lorenzo and his team showed up early, communicated clearly, and holy wow did they work fast. In less than 90 minutes they moved what took our team 6 hours to do. AND they moved a fireproof safe by hand, with sheet strength and a good knowledge of physics. The cherry on top is the value - super-fair, plus a discount for booking through Yelp. I used 4 different companies because none of the first three were compelling enough to use again. I won't have to search for another one now though. I'll spare all the details, but they went above and beyond to make sure my move went smoothly and when things didn't (we had a lot of moving pieces with multiple stops) they made it right. The crew that actually did the move was respectful, clean and careful with our things. They weren't the cheapest, but they were competitive and worth every penny.
