Reviews that start with "in my defense,..." have to rank up there with "I really wanted to like…read morethis place..." reviews, but this one will start that way too. In my defense, the Yelp entry for My Office stated that they were open until 6pm, so when I parked in front of their door at 5:35pm, I was surprised and bummed that the door had 5:30pm stenciled on it for their closing time on weekdays. I could see the counter person closing out her till and running the credit card printout. Bummer! Luckily, she saw me standing in front of the door looking like Dustin Hoffman in the wedding scene of "The Graduate" (only in my case, all the screaming was on the inside). Without hesitation, she unlocked the door and processed my package. No snarky comments, no "the look", just a smile and getting me in and out the door in less than 10 minutes. This could have ended another way, but because of the person whose shift had ended minutes before, she has earned a return customer who invites you to also experience My Office for your shipping needs. Just remember: they close at 5:30 pm on weekdays, not 6pm. :)

I usually go to this location when I need something. I had a really great experience on July 30th…read morewhen I purchased an office chair. It was on sale for a good price and when the employee saw me shopping over there, he came over and offered any assistance. He was extremely helpful to carry it out. Most of all, I was really impressed by how appreciative he was for the donation I gave (for school supplies to local public schools in need). He told me how they had the chance to present the gift to the school and how appreciative the children were. It inspired me and since I was blessed enough to help out, I decided to go back in and buy a few more supplies for the office so I could donate again! Really great experience all around. I meant to write this review sooner and if I can find the associate's name I'll update this review or post another. I wish I could give more recognition to that employee. Keep up the good work guys.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at Eagle Postal. Here's why:…read more 1) The first time I visited, the solo employee there didn't wear a mask at all, even though a sign on the front door stated that masks are required for customers 2) The employee offered me ten percent off my purchase if I wrote a five star review. That's definitely a violation of Yelp's terms of service, and likely every other review site (and probably explains why this place has such a high rating on Google maps). 3) Most importantly: I was a ponytail of pandemic-chopped hair that I was sending to Locks of Love. A few days after I shipped it, the Locks of Love package was RETURNED to me for having insufficient postage, and I was shocked to see that Eagle Postal had applied only $1.80 worth of postage to it. I assume that they just pocked the remaining $3 I paid? Had this been a time-sensitive package, this could have been disastrous. I returned to Eagle Postal a few days after that (about a week after my first visit) and interacted with a different employee. I explained what happened. He took down my info, and assured me that when the manager came in, a refund for the package would be processed, and he'd be in touch. I never heard from them again, and never got a refund. I eventually went to the actual USPS post office to send the package; they told me that it cost $5 total, and that it had to be shipped as a package, not an envelope, which is why it was returned. 4) Less serious, but also suspicious: I also sent a sewing project in a bubble mailer I'd made for a friend. This package eventually made it to its destination, but it was shipped media mail (which is *very* cheap); it weighed very little and I was charged over $7 for it; it was a birthday gift and arrived very late. The employee didn't ask what was in the package; media mail is subject to stringent regulations, and my package didn't meet those rules and shouldn't have been classified as media mail. Don't use Eagle Postal unless you want your packages returned to you with insufficient postage!
