I'm so fed up with FedEx, I pay extra for a package to get to me that I still don't have 3 days after the delivery date. I get a message that the driver attempted delivery and was unsuccessful... funny NONE of my cameras, my neighbors cameras, or the neighborhood entrance cameras have any evidence of a FedEx truck in the neighborhood! When calling customer service all I get is we will try to deliver it again tomorrow. That's not acceptable! My text came in at 4:47 about attempting a delivery I was in the phone with a rep at 5:07pm and told they would get the driver to come back with my package, but that didn't happen! This driver needs to be pulled and monitored because he is not doing his job! I even told them that this was a perishable gift but they could care less! Let me start with the good news: 7 out of 10 packages addressed to me actually arrive at my house, which is terrible for most other companies, but for FedEx this seems to be the Gold Standard, I guess. The bad news: the packages that do arrive are thrown over my back fence or left at the garage behind my house. Rarely do they arrive on my doorstep or front porch. This occurs throughout my entire neighborhood. When approached, the driver has said, "it's easier" for him to throw the packages over the fence. As a community, we have asked him repeatedly to not throw our packages in our yards, especially when it is raining, but this is ignored. As a result, items are broken or soaked in mud and rain. This clown even signs for our packages before throwing them over the fence. The final straw that led to this review was when I apparently had a delivery yesterday at 4:15pm from Cartier. Not in my yard, garage, side of house, porch, neighbors, etc. Thankfully the item was insured because FedEx literally does not care. Not even slightly. Not AT ALL. The origin facility is Pflugerville once the item arrives near my home, so they are to blame. I realize that customer service is not existent in 2022, so this will have been typed in vain, but here you go...another 1 star because 0 stars are not an option. read more

I posted a review some time ago about how AWFUL FedEx has been at delivering packages to me. However, I have to say they have come through recently and I am impressed with the two packages delivered exactly when they said last week. Woo Hoo!!! That being said when a package is delivered to us on time and with a smile it is our regular driver that delivers it. So, I sadly I cannot give 5 stars to FedEx, but I would give 5 stars to our regular driver. We will see how well they keep this up. Way to go Pflugerville FedEx Ground!! Hope this means you guys are turning over a new leaf. I had my own problem with fed ex as a company before, but now my husband has been literally trying to get a package that hepaid 800 dollars for for now going on almost 3 weeks since it was firat "delieveted" to thr wring address, and we checked and the address was correct. They told him to call game atop where he bought it from, then game stop told him to call frde ex, nd its been a nightmare just listening. Hours of his time off. He had to take time off work just to go up to the head office and STILL did not recieve package. I am so fed up I can only imagine how he feels. Nobody cares. All the employees sound like robots still have not received the package. Hes working on still finding a way to get it. We don't know what to do. We are out 800 dollars and we are not rich. Ots humiliating on their part. They can't tell us where the package even is. And will not reimburse ehat was clearly a stolen Xbox from one of their employees. Im outraged that he's spent so much time on the phone when we barely have time together. No regard for him or his time. Hes even been hung up on more than once by employees here. Terrible company. These people are the worst. A package that was guaranteed to be delivered today never showed up. I was having it delivered to my work, so a public building that is opened until 5:00 p.m., the email notice said it was delivered at 11:46 a.m. and left at the door. There was no package. I called them to let them know. I was told 4 different times that the delivery was made at 11:46. I told them 4 times there was no package. They said they could investigate, but that takes 2 business days, and since it was Friday the investigation wouldn't start until Tuesday. "They would leave a message with the route supervisor to talk to the driver and see if he remembered where he left the package "...are you serious!!! Shouldn't he have left the package where it was scheduled to be delivered?? There was also a "door tag #" which I was told they leave that at apartments because they don't leave packages at doors, they leave them in the office. NO door tag was left in the building and it was not anywhere around the building. And this is a stand alone building in a parking lot, so no neighbors to leave it with. If your only shipping option is Fedex, save your money and don t spend extra for express shipping, because fedex will deliver it where where they want, and it will take you 10 extra days if they remember where they left it. read more

Update: I recently learned from the FedEx driver that when their schedule has to change midday due to urgency of date-guaranteed deliveries, the drivers get notice to postpone deliveries that are not date-guaranteed. My own conclusion (not the driver's) is that their tracking system doesn't offer an option that says "rescheduled due to other priorities" or something similar, so someone enters "customer not available or business closed." Though I now understand the reason for that sort of update in the tracking info, it's kind of pitiful that a huge corporation can't communicate a valid reason for a delay in delivery. My 1-star delivery stands. read more

These are the worst... if they don't decide to keep lying about you not being home... or they don't just send your package back to the sender (both have happened numerous times)... you might eventually be lucky enough to get your package... of course it will be destroyed, opened, crushed, and baked in the heat. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! My package was "On FedEx vehicle for delivery" since 7/16. Then it was said "Delivery not attempted." 5 days, and I called the 800 number on 7/21 since I couldn't wait any longer. No one could tell me what the problem was. I called again and again. Still same response - "check your status online" and "it's on the vehicle for delivery." NO ONE could explain why. The supervisor Emily at El Paso even promised to call me back the next day at 9am to give me status. Of course she did not call me back. Finally it came on 7/22. Huh? At the local station on 7/16 and delivered on 7/22 - 6 days later! This is unacceptable! They also don't have a local or direct number; so if you call again, you'll have to tell your story all over again. Absolutely THE WORST shipping center I've ever run into. They are never on time with packages, lose them, or don't deliver them. I had weeks and weeks of Blue Apron orders that arrived late and spoiled because of them. Orders frequently are put on a truck and never make it. They lie about why the packages aren't delivered, ex., a natural disaster on a day where it was sunny, clear, and basically a perfect day; business closed ... This FedEx facility reminds me of a prison. It's not a customer friendly facility. Incredibly disorganized. I drove 35 minutes from downtown Austin after FedEx instructed me to do so only to find out that the package was already back on the truck, which I specifically asked them NOT to do. This should definitely not be a place FedEx would ever send a customer. Have no idea why they sent me here. Now I have to drive back 35 minutes with no package. I have spent two days at home waiting for a FedEx package I need to sign for and still no package. The first day the driver said I was not at home. I was sitting on my front patio at the time he said he attempted delivery. Today they said it would be here by the end of the day. I called numerous times and each time it was on its way. I received an update that the package had not been put on the truck. No other update. Of course by the time I received the update the FedEx warehouse was closed for the day. FedEx does not care about its customers. I am unable to put my life on hold and sit around hoping FedEx will do what they were paid to do. It is the 4th of July weekend and instead of spending today with family and friends I spent all day waiting for a package to be delivered that was not even loaded in the truck. This is no way to run a business. The worst part is there is nothing I can do or anyone to lodge a complaint with. The driver lied about me not being at home and when I asked supervisor on the 800 number to check the truck's GPS logs he had no response. FedEx will not hold the driver responsible for lying. It was Friday and he wanted to go home. All I can do is to not use FedEx and to tell everyone else to use UPS or the postal service. read more

The FedEx drivers out of the Pflugerville hub are the worst ever. They were refusing to bring the packages up to our porch and leaving them down at the road for any Tom, Dick, or Harry to steal. I lodged a complaint and the next thing I knew, the package they were suppose to deliver all of a sudden had a "Weather delay" so they weren't going to deliver. What???? There was a small rain shower but nothing to impede driving.....so they lied. Or maybe the weather delay was the Driver left his sunglasses at home and considered that a weather delay because the sun was too bright. What is with this disgusting ill managed Pflugerville Hub? They also put another delay on that package for a second straight day (nothing but sunshine today also). This past week my husband & I have had 3 "attempted" deliveries from FedEx Ground where the items were returned to sender or we were informed that no one was home and the item had to be picked up at a FedEx drop-off. FedEx delivers to our small condo building daily. Owners all have FedEx accounts so that the drivers have the door building code. We have been home and no one has rung the bell. FedEx did not leave a call tag at any "attempted" delivery. The FedEx drop off place did not have the package as per the text. FedEx Ground may be different from their regular service. There is no accountability for their drivers. Whatever they put into their system is false. So far we have now been informed of 4 attempted deliveries where no notice has been left and there has been someone there. Hundreds of dollars of merchandise has been returned for their incompetence. Take a page from Amazon. Fast notice of delivery & a photo. How hard is that? read more

For over 25 years Fedex ground delivered to our home/office but we have a driver now that says the road is not good and he refuses to deliver. Every other service including UPS and USPS come here almost daily. I just had an important package that needed to be signed for and the driver reported that he tried to deliver but no one was home to sign... I waited all day to received the package, he never came to deliver it but lied about attempting to deliver. Then I was given the option to pick up the package the next day in town (30 min away) the next day at Walgreens. Ok so I checked the tracking and it was scheduled for delivery the next day there. But after driving in I was told at Walgreens that the package was not delivered...they don't have deliveries on Saturdays. Now I would just like to know how to have my address removed from possible FedEx ground service. read more

Driver did not knock on door or ring doorbell to get signature for my package. I was home both times. Doorbell did not ring and no knock at door. I assume he or she didn't want to carry a heavy package. Been on the phone all morning with Fed Ex customer service trying to get info to pick up my package at this shipping center and getting nowhere. I don't know how this facility is still in business with all the bad reviews of horrible customer service and the experience I'm having now. I will not use Fed Ex anymore after this experience for fear my package would come through this shipping center. I will use UPS. I took off work to sign for a package that required a signature to be delivered. I got a text from the sender of the package that said a delivery attempt was made but no one was home to sign... I feel very satisfied that multiple people have had this same problem because all FIVE of the people I spoke with at FedEx tried to suggest that they didn't believe me and acted as if this were a circumstance they'd never heard of. The first time I called customer service, the man I talked to said the driver couldn't come back out because he can't make 2 delivery attempts in one day. I told him that was unacceptable as the driver hasn't even made 1 delivery attempt today. I was transferred to someone who was supposed to be a supervisor but she was even less professional than her subordinate. She acted as if my issue was an extreme inconvenience for her (lets not forget, I took off work to sign for a package that was never delivered to my house). She told me she would call the center near me and try to get the package delivered today then hung up without confirming that the package would, indeed, be delivered today. So I called back to make sure my package would be delivered as scheduled. The 3rd person I talked to was very nice and very helpful. He did everything in his power but ultimately could not guarantee me that my package would be delivered by end of day. (Still claiming that the driver could not make the same attempt twice in one day... No one seemed to understand that NO ATTEMPTS HAVE HAPPENED YET TODAY! --- this is the point that frustrates me the most. No one could acknowledge that him "coming back" was not him coming back as he hasn't even been to my freaking house yet... so there is absolutely no reason for me to not get my package as scheduled) So that's when I jumped on twitter. I wrote a really long complaint and someone from FedEx responded (4th person). I gave them my contact information and that's when someone from FedEx (5th person) called me. I explained to him that not only has no one been out to my house today but no one left notices when they had come to my house on previous days. He acted very surprised by this (although when reading these reviews this does not seem to be an uncommon occurrence) and was very understanding of my frustration. He told me he would call the driver and make sure he delivered my package today. I was extremely satisfied with his response until he called back and started asking me questions that suggested he believed the driver had been by my house earlier and I hadn't been home. I was home. I even have a doorbell camera that records when people come to my door. The 1st 2 attempts were recorded. (although no notices were left so without that recording I would never have even known the 1st 2 attempts were made) There was no 3rd attempt. I was downstairs listening for the door. There was no knock or ring. At this point FedEx, you've completely lost my trust in you. And it sounds like this is a situation that has happened to multiple customers. So don't treat me like an anomaly. You guys clearly lack a system that holds drivers accountable for making deliveries when they're supposed to and properly notifying customers. Had my first interaction with customer service been "I'm so sorry, we'll get that taken care of today," I would have been happy, and the 4 other people I talked to would have had a much better day as well. Get it together purple. This is the worst customer service experience I've had in YEARS. Ultimately, after much unnecessary stress, I finally received my package. At this point, I just want you guys to acknowledge that this is an issue and work to fix it. This is a reflection of poor upper management and lack of care from company leaders. You may think it's convenient to get dog food delivered through FedEx. Think not! In April, the delivery guy fake delivered my package and after complaining to FedEx, he came after hours and left my package at my door. Since then, I have set up cameras at my front door and he was seen stopped in front of my house on 5/30 but never got out to deliver my package. I have called Chewy.com and they are in the process of sending me another package that will be delivered today. I have also complained to FedEx and they claim to be looking into it but no resolution yet. It is apparent the driver is scanning as my package being delivered but he is basically stealing it. I have never accused anyone of stealing anything but I have proof that he is. No follow ups yet and I am hoping that he delivers the package today. I had package that was suppose to deliver to me since Saturday which it wasn't delivered nor any attempts was made then this morning I called them telling them I was going to come pick up my package to keep it at the location they said ok when I got there they told me oh they don't know where my package is and that it probably with the driver right now when I clearly called them and told them to not deliver it. I ordered a package from yeti it arrived at the facility two days ago. FedEx couldn't find the package and after being on 10 different phone calls and arriving at the ground facility to pick up my package I learned that a Fed ex worker returned it to sender. She claims it didn't have an address on it which is confusing because it still made it to the Pflugerville facility in the area where I live. She also knew exactly what was in the package which means she opened it unlawfully. Also since she did open my package, she would have seen the packing slip which has my address on it. Being a Yeti Product I can understand how appealing it was. There is still no trace of the product after being scanned at the facility. It also hasn't been scanned anywhere else even though she said she returned it to sender obviously it would have to be scanned again at this point to go back to the sender. Hmmmm? read more
