I appreciate that FedEx in Pflugerville Texas has delivered half of my expected packages now It seems like they have improved on their follow through for delivery Delivery of packages was just not happening from FedEx for several weeks but I am going to give them credit for straightening it all out I think that is hard to do read more

FedEx ground "claims" they attempted delivery of my package online, and that no one was available. However, I was 20 feet from the front door ALL DAY, and checked outside for the package. No delivery. No door ticket was left, saying they attempted delivery. Signing for the package was NOT required. I called them 2 times. I was told as the receiver, they could not help me. No identifiable information was on the package. The shipper would be required to call or they would return the package to the shipper. I called the shipper. He said FedEx has been giving this same message to multiple customers! There is a problem or glitch with the online system apparently. The shipper has had to assign a TEAM of people to handle ALL the packages that FedEx has misappropriated!!! What a BIG Screwup! No more FedEX for me. read more

I have experienced repeated FedEx misdeliveries, including packages left on the road or in unsafe locations rather than at my address. FedEx has acknowledged the misdeliveries in writing, yet no corrective delivery measures were ever provided, and executive relations eventually stopped responding. This is clearly a pattern of negligence, not a one-off issue. In fact, over 96% of reviews on Consumer Affairs are 1-star, which aligns with my experience. Customers should be aware that "delivered" does not necessarily mean delivered correctly or securely. Multiple attempts to escalate through regular customer service or executive relations were ignored or deflected. Going forward, I've instructed any vendors I order from to use a different shipping method, or I will cancel my order. read more

All packages have delivery instructions. No gate, no fence. Place on porch. Repeatedly the driver (can't say delivery person cause they don't DELIVER) drops them off up the road, then with the picture of it in the weeds says.. dropped by closed gate! Worst carrier service out of all locations. Packages end up missing more than they should because they leave them at wrong addresses. Today while all 3 family members were home I got a text with a black box as photo proof saying nobody was home for the package that didn't need a signature, and a tag was left on the door when it they did not even come to my home at all. They are added again, stealing packages. Sending packages to unknown locations. Giving customers the runaround. FedEx works well with small items, but not items of value. boxes is either open and gone through or not at all. they will admit to sending package, to wrong location, but do nothing about it. This is my third year at this address and every year the same thing. and where there in a signature requirements they take it upon themselves to sign for you. They do not have adequate customer service system in place, I think they just hope you give up. read more

FedEx continues to deliver at a closed/locked door. Sometimes deliveries are made after hours and left in random places. Products being delivered require immediate refrigeration and are perishable. FedEx does not meet our expectations and I cannot reach anyone for customer service. FedEx is the least bit concerned about customer service, but UPS gets it. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service or shall I say the lack thereof. read more

FedEx never knocked and made me pick up somewhere else. The other FedEx location that they sent it to said they don't pickup ground deliveries. So I made the trip here and you have to call their number to get your package brought out front. I called the number and left a voicemail and they don't even come out. Their delivery driver came to my front door with a large box. It was my computer tower that I've been waiting for. Scanned it with his phone, and then picked it up and left with it. now I have a delay on my status for delivery when I called their person who answered, after I told them it was the product that I've been waiting for, It's the exact monitor and everything" he proceeded to ask me "did I see my name on it?" like I'm a child, someone ordered the exact same tower, the exact same computer that I ordered, and they mistakenly brought it to my house instead of the other person's house ? Really? He then proceeded to have an attitude with me and of course they'll probably say this review is bad because I ended up cussing the guy out for being an ignorant POS.. this place is absolutely horrendous and you should be delivering your packages with UPS or another company cause FedEx is the absolute worst. read more

I wish I could give them zero stars. We have 15 boxes waiting to be picked up for OVER 2 weeks. THEY. DO. NOT. COME. I called FedEx and of course got the apologies blah blah blah and they gave me a new tracking number and said they would be there in the next day or two. It's now been a week again. I spoke with our FedEx driver and she said that FedEx Ground is mostly contractors and that they are awful and she's heard numerous complaints. I seriously can't believe how many phone calls I've made, and how hard it is to get someone to come out to our business and pick these up!!! I will never use or recommend FedEx Ground to anyone. read more

Submitting Real Review. Wow! Horrendous, unprofessional,  uneducated disgruntled workers. Honestly, cannot read address numbers or follow directions. Did any of these delivery persons graduate from 2nd grade? I realize that a rather large corporation like Fed Ex is pushing it's employees to the limit- but when service is drastically poor and employees are rude, disrespecting to THE CUSTOMER, I have a suggestion for you. Next time you plan to order an item online, etc., see what form of delivery service the seller/store uses for shipping. Think about it for a minute- use either USPS, or UPS (big brown) as an alternate.   It is worth a try. Good luck with your future free shipping a la Fed Ex. Goodbye to all you incompetent delivery persons! read more

The last three shipments to me that were shipped via FedEx were delivered to the manager's office even though the packages were clearly marked which apartment. This complex has only first floor apartments and what this boils down to is a lazy driver or one who does (or can't) bother to read the shipping label. When you file a claim - two days later they come back saying package was delivered and I guess it was but not to me and they cannot even provide a proof of delivery! I have canceled all accounts I purchase from if they use FedEx. I have attached a sample of their proof of delivery. read more

I find that FedEx ground home delivery from Pflugerville tx is awful. I live on Interstate 35 and my address is not hard to find. Apparently the FedEx delivery drivers don't care about their service. Some are to the wrong house which are all clearly identified. Some are left on the highway ROW sometimes near the driveway. Some are returned because the driver can't find the address. By far the worst experience. The drivers are incompetent and not trained at all. First time they tried to deliver my package to the wrong house. They refused it because it was not their package and the driver was at the wrong address. Verified with my doorbell camera and exterior cameras they never came by. So the driver marked it return to sender refused. Had to jump through hoops and call several times to get it finally delivered a week later because it got lost in the warehouse. Today I had a package that requires a signature. Just received a notice they couldn't deliver because no one was home. Verified on my cameras they drive up to my house. I do a lot of my shopping online and don't ever check the delivery company, just the delivery speed. Every now and then mine is done by fedex and because of my address the shipping goes through this center. This location has absolutely never delivered my stuff on the day it was promised, however, absolutely every time it goes out for delivery on the promised day and EVERY time it ends the same - either with b/s lie that I was not at home or, like today it goes out for delivery in the morning, and returns back to distribution center in the evening without delivering my goods. I will never use fedex for shipping anything out, and i will pay attention to delivery company that sellers are using from now on, and if it's fedex - i will not buy from those sellers. I'm not sure why these clowns are still in business at all, they are definitely not getting my business. _________________________________________________ Updating a day later. When I checked these reviews I realized I'm not alone here with fedex. I don't know what happened to them here in Austin. When I was in California they worked fine and I didn't have any issues. Here it's not the first time they messed up few times my orders. And when I called them that super rude girl never help you and make you guilty because you just WASNT HOME AND DIDNT CHECK IT. If there is another option by businesses like Home Depot to get their products shipped, it would be best to use them instead of FedEx. Out of the last 3 deliveries I've had by FedEx 2 have been delayed until the next day. But my latest delivery takes the cake. It got "Delayed due to weather" after it was on the truck, out for delivery. The problem is, we're in the same town. It's barely a drizzle. If it were another state I would be more forgiving. But I'm on the same town, and I am outside replacing my deck in this "weather" but it's too much for FedEx to drive around and keep their promised delivery date? Maybe they can just give their business to Amazon. They always deliver. read more

Just so many others I would give 0 or a negative rating to FedEx Pflugerville if I could. FedEx is not giving a rats ass at all if customers complain. As long as there are companies using them they get paid and they are not changing at all. I am checking carriers now before hand and avoid sellers that are using FedEx. I switched from Chewy to Petco because of this for example. A lot of packages have disappeared that were supposed to be delivered by FedEx. In the delivery manager it says: left at gated driveway! All the time. I don't have a gate but a nice wide paved driveway with turn around at the house. So that is falsified information and the driver can loose their job. In some occasions I found boxes at the end of the driveway. Well, I'm over 60 and have health issues. I can not lift a 30lb box. So, somebody needs to be contacted, load the box on their car and bring it to my house. Where do I charge FedEx for this? After a few times I had a sign printed that says: This is not a mailroom, delivery to the front door with a big red arrow. Guess what? The packages are stacked right under the sign. Right now I am trying to find contact information to go directly to an executive to complain. But I also avoid all sellers that work with FedEx. read more

Here we go again !!! Package out for delivery and then attempt was made will try again on next buisness day. REALLY? I guess its not required for them to knock on your door or honk the horn. I guess just flying by constitutes an attempted delivery. Its no wonder FEDEX is shutting down locations and having people retire. Your service is worse than USPS and they're pretty bad. This is not the first time I've had an issue with this particular FedEx. I've had delayed deliveries and a package just dropped on the landing not anywhere near my door. Once again I'm waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It's 100+ degrees here and when I called I was told it has been on a truck since yesterday. My package is heat sensitive. If I could give minus 5 stars, I would. I will be talking to the business I ordered from to see if they can use an alternative delivery service next time I order. If not, that's two businesses that will not get my money. I never have problems with the USPS, UPS, Amazon, or DHL. There's no excuse for this poor (and I'm using a nice word here) It is now Sunday evening and no package! Five days later my package was delivered. It has been as high as 108 degrees. Contents ruined. Fortunately I found out from the business I ordered from that I can opt out of using FedEx in the future, which I have done. Side note. I got at least ten or more emails saying my package would be delivered only to be emailed later in the day delivery was once again pending. Also when calling FedEx they could never tell me where my package was. Update: this is regarding a new package shipment. It was supposed to arrive Saturday, then Sunday, and now next Wednesday. Called FedEx and they do not seem to know where my package is except it's on a truck somewhere. When I checked online, it says I have no package to be delivered. I am beyond disgusted! The Pflugerville facility is totally useless. Another update: After talking to the business I ordered from and FedEx, I woke to an email stating my package would arrive on Tuesday. It arrived today, Monday. It was tossed up the stairs. The box was dented and because of being in the heat in a delivery truck for almost a week, the contents we ruined. Tracking the package, the delay is always the Pfluggerville facility. From now on, before I order anything, I will be calling customer service to request my order is not shipped through UPDATE: I called FedEx Corporate office and made a complaint. The next day my package arrived. Now when I order from this particular company I have the option of choosing USPS. My order got to me in 3 1/2 days, instead of the 8-15 days FedEx took. read more

I have had an ongoing issue with the FedEx contract Driver for part of Lago Vista since last October. I simply asked her to not pull the large panel truck on to my exposed aggregate concrete driveway. (I don't want my driveway cracked from the weight of the truck.). I explained to her that none of the other companies that deliver to my home pull on to the driveway. She angrily complained that she didn't want to carry multiple packages from the street. I advised her that she should use a hand truck or dolley. She said that FedEx did not provide one for her to use. She told Me to "Shut Up", and that I didn't know what I was talking about. After this she has thrown packages in the ditch near the road. (My sprinklers have saturated my packages several times) If she brings packages to the door she angrily slams them to the ground near the door. I attempted to file a complaint with FedEx telephonically and then an online via a complaint form. After doing so I was informed that someone would contact me within 72 hours. (Never happened) There is no excuse for this because there is a turn around for trucks directly across from my driveway. Since all of this I have tolerated the woman's attitude and overall disrespect for the last 5 months. (Plus new stress crocks across that section of my Driveway) She seems to enjoy pulling on to the drive just to see if I'm going to complain again! I now understand that all of the FedEx drivers are "Contractors". FedEx has no control or means of discipline over them. I'm an older citizen with a heart condition and I don't need this frustration in my life. Please DO NOT USE FED EX!!! read more

Amazon, UPS, and USPS in general, have no issue delivering packages to my house. Fedex however, after around 50 delivery attempts with numerous packages over many years has proven completly incapable on deliveries. A package i was supposed to receive a few weeks was just the latest package not delivered to me which is obvious, because the picture in the 'proof' of delivery is the back on a Fed Ex truck. More proof that Fedex is a terrible company that has a poor business model. I've called the local FedEx location in Pflugerville, Tx in an effort to try to straighten out their inability to deliver a package. I was assured the problem was resolved, no such luck. Ive called their Corporate and was assured the problem was resolved, again it was not. Ive talked with FedEx Resolution Support many many times. But this time I not going to waste another hour on the phone with Fedex. Im done calling them, its pointless. Ive tried and tried to work with them with their issue with deliveries; but, they have proven that they dont care. I usually don't write reviews but I'm so upset I have to get it out someway and I doubt I feel better after writing this. My daughter is having a bday party on Friday 12/10 and I got custom made shirts for her and her friends. The order was supposed to be deliver on Nov 26th. Just like everyone else, package says it was delivered but no package. Package sits at the facility for a week being bounced between the pflugerville and Hutchinson location for whatever reason without no reattempt to deliver. Customer service not helpful, facility not helpful, and I still don't have the package. 2nd week comes and I decide to go pick up instead of having to wait since the party is today. I called 3 times throughout the 2nd week and each time they still had not put my package to the side for pick up. I'm only 20 min from the location! Each time they say they will be on the look out for it but then the same response I get is that it hasn't been "trap" yet. You can't deliver a package and I can't pick up a package so what sense does that make? Now I gotta explain to my daughter and her friends they won't have their shirts for the bday party. Jeez thanks a lot fedex. I have never everrrrrrrrrrrrr gone thru so much trouble to pick up a dang package. I understand it's busy and all but this is unacceptable. I hope whoever reads this don't have to go thru fedex and you have a way better experience than most of us on here. I would leave a negative review if I could. I have a package that was supposed to be delivered last Thursday. It has been in transit in Pflugerville for 5 days now and keeps being delayed. One day it was on the truck out for delivery then all of a sudden delayed at like 2pm. I live in round rock which is literally right next to Pflugerville. So I call customer service and the fool tells me "oh your package is delayed because there are too many packages in your area" I tell him that's part of yalls job is to deliver the packages in the area?? Then he changed his story and was like" oh well there's a weather delay, a storm and snow" now when he said that I lost my mind. We haven't had a storm at all this week and it definitely isn't snowing!! Idk what is going on at this fedex but if I don't get my package delivered before Christmas I'm gonna lose my mind for sure! Edit: more update! So I call cs to see what the heck is going on and asked dies anyone know where my package is, and they were like yeah we know where it is bit you can't pick it up at the distribution center. It's a busy time of year. We get that. We didn't unleash on anyone until our package had not been delivered, again, after saying it was on a truck, again.
