This terminal has lost items repeatedly and every time I see a tracking number that gets sorted to this facility I know that I literally have a 50/50 chance of getting my package or that it gets lost. This is a rating for the driver Royce whose route appears to be in and around the Inman Park and other neighborhoods area. The local office I believe is Norcross. This guy has repeatedly not delivered boxes that require a delivery signature. If he is on your delivery notification good luck!! I have submitted more than one complaint. Zero stars would be too generous. I witnessed a reckless FedEx Ground driver blatantly running a stop sign. Fortunately, my security camera also witnessed the FedEx driver's inane stunt. I opened up a case with FedEx. After nearly a month, no one at the local FedEx hub bothered to contact me. As a result of FedEx's apathy, I could not provide the supportive video evidence against the dangerous driver. After numerous phone calls, I found out a FedEx congenital idiot closed the case for "lack of evidence." After my Walmart sealed packages with laptops was returned to this facility for inspection it was delivered the next day. Resealed and empty. Walmart won't refund me because fedex says the package was weighed. There was no new weight on the package after it was resealed, only the original printed weight. Affirm who I am paying for these laptops through also won't do anything for the exact same reason. I had to go and buy my kids two more laptops. I am now making payments on four laptops. read more

Ordered some golf item from company in Ohio. Shipped Moday 6/2. It was in FEDEX distribution facility in Norcross Ga. on Wed 6/4 and out for delivery that day. It didnt make it. This location refuses to deliver packages to my building in Atlanta. I was literally told over the phone this was because, "a manager had given them a list of addresses not to deliver to", presumably because my building is on the Fetch package delivery service (a whole other nightmare). Why this particular Fedex location is taking marching orders from Fetch is bizarre, as there are fedex packages in our mail room frequently, obviously coming from other fedex centers. That is literally hundreds, if not thousands, of people who this single location is screwing over because, for an unknown reason, they have decided to defy their customers the service they paid for (shipping to us), because Fetch asked them not to. I'm sorry, do you get checks from Fetch or do you get checks from the online retailers we purchase from? Stop the absurdity. Stop returning to the shipper. Stop claiming our packages were 'denied'. Update. I called FEdEx and they told me my couch was being sent back to the warehouse since I requested my money back. So I didn't think much more of it and ended up buying a new couch. No biggie. Then what do you know After 2, almost 3 months, at 8:16PM I get a text saying that the package was left at my front door. I literally just clocked into work and ended up leaving work early because I didn't want to leave a big 50lb box in the middle of the hallway. I get home, and what do you know, THERES NO BOX AT MY FRONT DOOR. The next day very early in the morning the maintenance man comes knocking on my door telling me that they found my package in another building and brought it over. By pure luck, I heard your plainly marked FedEx truck leaving my street. I first looked for this package where it should have been delivered, but it was not there. I then had to go outside, in the rain and dark, and was forced to search my property to locate it. I finally found it, soaking wet and completely hidden from any possible view from my house. I cannot believe that this is how your employees are trained to deliver a package - especially a paper box when it is raining. We get regular deliveries from USPS, UPS and DHL - all of them have no problem getting to our front or garage door. Access to both is completely unobstructed and easy to get to. This is not the first time that a FedEx employee has done something like this delivering to my house this, but this one really is a "standout". I can only conclude that your employee is one of two things: Poorly supervised and trained, or they are simply lazy and unwilling to perform their job correctly. Having read 19 out of 19 1-star ratings I can only say that these reviewers have been far too kind in their assessment of FedEx in Norcross (or at a national level from what I can tell). The customer service chamber bears a stark resemblance to a prison visitor's room where packages are held without due process and with no hope of parole. If you manage to reach someone on the visitor phone, the most encouraging response you are likely to receive is "If the status changes, you'll be notified." "If", not "when". If you're lucky, you may also be treated to a list of complaints about how most of the staff has quit due to COVID-19. "Your package is [probably] still on the truck because there's noone to scan it into the system." "We have packages that have been here since August" (it's now Oct. 1). Pure trash. Package not delivered on Wednesday 12/8/21. Told Friday it'd come. Friday came went. Told Saturday by 2:10p. Called. Same response for next day. Called every day since and got the same response. It's now a full week without my package. All the telephone agents do is apologize and provide no information that's useful. Customers be aware, if your shipment was sent to this hub location and if it was not delivered to you directly, good luck getting your shipment. My package required signature and fedex "claim" to attempt to deliver it. Then I requested a hold then they couldn't find it for couple days. Then they finally found it and held for pick up. I showed up to pickup and it's the lobby entrance for fedex employee. You deal with security which will direct you to call the 770 phone number. Good luck in getting thru. I guess only one person works at customer pickup and she runs thru the hub looking for your package. It's a sh*t show. After calling multiple numbers on the instruction sheets of their unmanned waiting room I then waited for over an hour to retrieve my package. All because they would only deliver to my home during work hours. Been having a major problem with the driver for my delivery's. The address is printed very clear on my packages, but for some reason the driver will not deliver them to the right address. I have talked to a man named Victor at the Nor-cross hub. He has talked to me about the problem with the packages going to the wrong address. I would not be pissed if it were just one time, but it has been every package. Why they keep the problem driver on I don't know. Our old driver was always on top of things. I was told that they would get with the drive as to where he dropped my packages of at. Doe's not seem that I will ever get my packages as they were bought from Wall-Mart and shipped from someone else and have no way to get hold of them to have them resent to me. What is funny is that the UPS driver in my area makes sure that things are dropped at the right place. But after making two complaints now, they still have the same driver (Fed-ex) doing what he wants to do.
