Kaleb (the driver who has my package) has to be one of the laziest, worthless human beings to walk this earth. he did not attempt to deliver my package, despite his notes in my delivery updates. Kaleb also sent a blurry red photo that should've been of a door tag if he were to actually have placed one. now that being said... because of Kalebs careless actions, I have been on the phone with Fedex trying to track down my package. despite every attempt to have Kevin redirect my package back to my house to actually deliver my package I have gotten a long run around with no actual delivery updates. I really wish I could say I'm surprised to see such sub-par service from fedex- but I'm not. if you're the station manager reading this, this is a reflection on you and the subpar expectations you have for your driver. Kaleb- if this message reaches you (hopefully as an employee review) id like you to know you're going no where in life with these kind of Lazy actions that you're demonstrating at work. we all wish we could fly through life and dismiss our actual responsibilities but in turn your carless actions have resulted in a delay in me being able to do my job...I'm fully aware that you may not care about your work performance as demonstrated by your actions today... but I do... get it together, kid! read more

Ordered a bike, item was supposed to be delivered for almost a week and everyday it updated with the next day, finally it's delivered by a different driver who said the other person didn't want to carry the big box, as a result my box kept being in the bottom with other heavier boxes on top which damaged the box, article, still waiting for a replacement to be delivered by FedEx. They are doing the same again. How can this larger company be so bad? Pretty disappointing, I'll use UPS from now on. read more

I frequently get meal delivery kits shipped via Fed Ex. I've rarely had issues until I tried to resume my deliveries while out of town for an extended vacation. Somehow this location got the address wrong, with a completely invalid house number (doesn't their system verify addresses?) and though they had a phone number available, their carrier did not bother to call when they couldn't deliver the box. I also left specific directions to leave it at the door by the bird bath- we're the only house on the block with a bird bath, this isn't rocket science, but apparently all he did was drive down the street and move on. When I called at 3PM when my tracker pinged me with an error, no one at their call center made any effort to rectify the situation. So the box (clearly stamped with FOOD INSIDE and REFRIGERATE IMMEDIATELY) was returned to their warehouse without making even a basic attempt to deliver. I guess it's going to sit there for two days because they're closed Sunday and Monday. Hopefully some of it will be salvageable on Tuesday. EDIT: Ha, I spoke too soon. Tuesday came and went with a text alert that it was on the truck for delivery, but no one made a delivery attempt by 9PM. Customer service had no info. I was called Wednesday night by a manager stating the box smelled and was spoiled, so it was disposed of. That's no surprise, but the fact that it took so long to figure out is ridiculous. I will not be resuming my deliveries while in TX because I do not have confidence it will actually arrive. When I told management, they had nothing to say to reassure me. read more

Then the fools delivered it any throwing it on my front porch 4 days later so it could be stolen. Luckily I found it first and made them come get it. Now It's missing and I'm on the hook for the purchase price. Fedex is the very defining incompetence. I don't even know honestly where to start with this crap show. About a month ago I had a laptop shipped to me that was tossed over a ten foot fence about 1000 ft from my house. How do I know this, my dad witnessed it happen and chased the guy down and notes he has a small kid in the car. I call fedex and they just take a complaint down. Thankfully the computer wasn't damaged. Well I'll be dammed if today my package is delivered to a gated driveway that doesn't belong to me and is no where to be found. Fedex always either lose my packages or drop off on the side of the road no where near my house. Last time they said it was because it was raining. Absolutely horrible delivery service. The drivers are lazy, leave packages outside our OPEN gate and when we repeatedly call to complain and ask that they bring packages to the house they instead say they are unable to deliver because customer or business is closed when we are home and they dont even bother to pull in the driveway. You can no longer call or contact anyone at the Schertz location to deal with this issue directly. All you can do is call the customer service and get a rep to report and nothing happens. Delivery gets worse. UPS and Amazon deliver here several times a week with no issues. Fed Ex is and has been a nightmare for years. I would gladly pay extra for shipping just avoid anything being sent Fed Ex and do whenever possible. Absolutely horrible company and delivery service. read more

The worst delivery service ever , I would much rather have had it sent through USPS , I have no idea how you claim no one home with 3 vehicles outside the home and not ringing the door bell. Then I move for having the package left at one of your holding facilities where you don't leave it because you claim I'm not there to receive it. I am giving 1 star only because they DID attempt to deliver on the first day, butI had inadvertently left my gate closed. Notice said they would redeliver the next day.../ On second day tracking showed "out for delivery". After 2 phone calls to customer service, and assurances that it was still out for delivery, by 10 pm it had not arrived. (I was told by customer service representative that he "had spoken to the driver" and it would be there...) Tracking NEXT day and a 3RD phone call to FED ex says it was undeliverable due to "recipient location security delay" on the previous day..., but out for delivery again... On same 3RD call I was informed that the representatives are NOT allowed to call drivers or shipment facility, so, Fed ex lied TWICE to me: once about calling the driver, and once about a security delay(. My gate was open the whole day and I was home the whole day!). I am now waiting for delivery again... I understand that sometimes things go wrong, but I do not understand LIARS!!! read more

I had to call the Schertz location today and I was able to get the assistance I needed. I had a package 'delivered' today and it went to the wrong address. It turns out that the shipper entered my incorrect apartment number. I had 2 other shipments in transit. The woman that I spoke to was extremely pleasant and was able to correct the other 2 shipments. Very thankful for the nice phone conversation and that she was able to help correct the address. read more

This particular facility has drivers that will record delivery attempts even though they didn't actually attempt to deliver. They did this to me 2 days in a row and nobody at Fedex thinks this is wrong. They literally lie about attempting to deliver the package, and act like it's ok. I'm so tired of FedEx distribution changing the address on my packages causing the packages to be delivered to the wrong house. Now I have very expensive electronic equipment that will be sent to a house somewhere in my subdivision and I'll have to bother them to pick up my package. Also, they have now started saying that packages are on the truck for delivery that day, then they say still on the truck but delivery won't be until the next day. What is the problem? Had to come down and pick up a package at this facility and couldn't have been more impressed. I had to go through airport level security but the middle age woman of color who walked me though the checkpoint was by far the most polite security guard I've ever come across. I've never ever ever ever used fedex and the one time I do I am more than shown why i never have. I paid $30 for 2 days shipping so I could have my item before I left for vacation and after being placed on hold for 2 hours I was told my package was lost. As if maybe my package grew a pair of legs and walked right out of their facility on its own, or perhaps maybe someone broke in and stole ONLY my one tiny package. This is the 2nd time this facility location has lost a package that was part of a (3) item shipment. It is very ironic that 2 of the 3 items being shipped arrived at their destination in semi descent condition and the 3rd item magically disappeared. I received notification that the item was undeliverable due to multiple shipping labels found on the package, however the box utilized to ship the items were practically new and label free, with the exception of the intended destination label that was affixed at the initial send off via our mail center staff. I proceed to contact FedEx online and via phone and each communication provided me mixed responses; 10 days later I finally receive a phone call from the last location only to hear them state that they have misplaced the item box and that they sincerely apologize and that I should now proceed with the FedEx claim policy on lost and or damaged items. Ok, so basically you guys lose something and then just chalk it up to my bad here is a coupon for your troubles. The item lost contained sensitive family documentation so I don't think a coupon is going to fix this but thanks for playing FedEx. read more

Had a Wayfair order due to deliver Aug 9th to La Vernia, TX (36 miles south of the San Antonio Fed Ex Ground facility)...I tracked the order and the items were scanned into the San Antonio facility on Aug 8th. After waiting around all day on the 9th, I refreshed tracking to find my items had arrived at the Fed Ex facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. I called Fed Ex customer service and they said sorry, but probably a "human sorting error...it happens.." and now my package will "probably" arrive for its new expected delivery five days from now. I asked if it only took a little over 24 hours for to be "sorted in error" and arrive in NC, why would it take 5 days for them to correct THEIR error to get my items back to San Antonio?
