Kaleb also sent a blurry red photo that should've been of a door tag if he were to actually have placed one. now that being said... because of Kalebs careless actions, I have been on the phone with Fedex trying to track down my package. despite every attempt to have Kevin redirect my package back to my house to actually deliver my package I have gotten a long run around with no actual delivery updates. I really wish I could say I'm surprised to see such sub-par service from fedex- but I'm not. if you're the station manager reading this, this is a reflection on you and the subpar expectations you have for your driver.
