I purchased two retractable banners and the best base they offer. This purchase was for my band and we used them several times. They look good, but they fall over easily. That has happened several times and fans have come up on stage to pick them up while we were performing. I bought two heavy ankle weights to lay on top of the base and they still fall over. When I called to inquire about advice on what to do, the female who answered the phone there immediately defaulted to saying "it's been over a year so there is nothing we can do!" F for customer service! When I said I was only looking for some advice on how to keep them from falling over, she said to send pictures because she doesn't know what I'm talking about. Wow!! What a horrible company representative! I guess I will speak with a couple of engineer buddies of mine and come up with a fix on my own. You'd think that a purchase of just under $400 would earn just a little respect and cooperation at Feather Flag Nation. Shame on you and your horrible customer service! read more

I requested a letter with a explanation about how the account was handled. The Manager Sam, I spoke to was very rude and kept interrupting me every time I tried to speak. I expressed that to him as well and he stopped. He also stated I was attacking him...which I was not in any way form or fashion. Wish I read some of the reviews before ordering from this company! Save yourselves the headache of dealing with this company! I ordered my flags back on august 22nd and I still do not have them after almost a month. Original promised date was august 30. I called them several times and they are telling me ups lost the package. I've been hearing the same story for 3 weeks and today they said I have to wait for them to open a case with ups. It is not my fault your company chose ups for shipping. It is not my fault if ups lost the package. That's something for you all to deal with not me. Very poor customer service. A+ Because......Ordered 4 custom 15ft feather flags from Feather Flag nation and not only did they have the best price but were able to complete the job as a RUSH and faster than even the more expensive options out there, with little hesitation. They even accommodated us by staying open late for pickup. The flags themselves were very high quality and the double print had no issues flapping in the wind on their supplied poles. (Sometimes the poles are cheap and bend/sag due to the additional weight from the second printed piece of fabric.) The bases did come with water bags which probably would have worked just fine but did not see them and used square bricks as weights instead. Print clarity was great and colors were CMYK as expected. All around very pleased with the phone and email customer service as well. We of course already had our Artwork ready to go and were able to confirm the order in just a few emails. Since we got a high quality product, for a GREAT price, what else can you ask for! read more

The company employees were very dishonest. i placed an order and was told it would be shipped the same day. The order did not ship until 4 DAYS later and with an incorrect address! So even after it was shipped, the item was held for an incorrect address on the label. I called to see why the item was never delivered and they gave me the run around and said i would need to call UPS to find out what was wrong. So the items needed by a client has yet to arrive. Horrible service, dishonest employees. i'm in the sign business! They had a chance to become a supplier. No way will that happen now! read more

Contacted FFN for a purchase of a flag to be created and printed for my employer. I work at one of the largest University systems in the country, thus we had many graphic standards and procedures that needed to be followed before printing could be approved. FFN was great with responding to my emails in a timely manner and I was appreciative of their responsiveness. The reason for the 1 star is because of two things: 1. The requests and updates that I made for the product ordered weren't ever updated on my quote. This even after receiving confirmation from customer service that these updates were made to the quote. When the product arrived different from what I had ordered, I was told it was my responsibility even if FFN confirmed the quote had been updated. After showing them my email communication where they said it had been updated, I was even met with a "I know this policy is unfair" and zero attempts were made from FFN to resolve the situation even when their customer service recognized an error existed. 2. The second reason is the quality of the product. The quality of the product, including the printing, wasn't anywhere near the quality that I expected. FFN is cheaper compared to competitors, and there is a reason for this - you get the quality that you pay for. The printing of colors weren't even close to those requested. I understand they do not guarantee colors, but this was VERY far from what I expected. Furthermore, their website says instructions would be included with the product to assist with set-up, none of which were included as stated stated on their website. If you are looking for quality products and printing, I recommend you look at other companies and pay a little more. You will likely be disappointed as I was. I would not recommend FFN be used simply because customer satisfaction is evidently unimportant to this business, and the quality of their products are below average. It is unfortunate because the opportunity for future business at my university likely would have resulted in future orders from FFN. read more
