Went there tonight to check-it-out! I was not disappointed. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The BIG show-stopper was the food. It was well-prepared, properly seasoned, hot and generous in portions. The chefs were skilled at the art of cooking. Feast26 is a welcomed change to all the normal burger and pizza joints. The Restaurant is a hidden gem attached to the Shell Gas Station and truly was great to eat at. We had lunch here with the Cajun burrito and (our mistake) ordered it without realizing that it had beef in the dirty rice. We took a bite, realized the mistake and told Nadia at the register who immediately offered to make us one with white rice. She did and it was delicious! She was gracious as were the owner and chefs, in making sure we enjoyed our meal. A winning team combination and all food is made to order, so you know it's fresh. read more

Yeah, seriously, what the other positive reviews said. This place is really great. I had delicious grilled shrimp and smoked gouda grits with Creole sauce. Wonderful taste, perfect texture, right temperature, nice portion size, etc. Every bit as good, if not better, than shrimp and grits I've had in FAR more expensive restaurants. My daughter had the fried shrimp Cajun burrito and loved it. I really liked the fact that there were Southern options as well as Cajun options. You've got to try this place. read more

This place was absolutely delicious. It was my first time visiting and we were quite impressed. I ordered the crawfish étouffée and my mom ordered the shrimp and grits, mac and cheese, and banana pudding. It was all incredible. The owner Tracy was such a pleasure to meet and told his story of how his family owned business came to life. We will definitely be back soon! Feast 26 is the most unexpected delightful flavorful experience you will ever stumble upon. This family owned restaurant has figured out the essence of southern and creole cuisine with every single menu item they offer - even down to the sauces for condiments. The Cajun burrito and the shrimp boy were the first menu items we tried and we had and Mac and cheese and seasoned french fries. Austin is the creator of the Cajun burrito and it is amazing!!! The Mac and cheese will not disappoint you and they made a point of letting the simple ingredients of a shrimp po boy stand on its own with out any extra unnecessary items. The space is modern and simplistic and lets the food be the main focal point. Austin was kind enough to let us try a sample of the sides too and we were extremely impressed with the collard greens! They were flavored with a little bit of spice. We also sampled the jambalaya, gumbo, red beans and rice, and the Gouda grits (yes Gouda cheese grits)!!! There is something for everyone who loves southern food - BBQ, Fries Chicken, pulled Pork etc. In addition, leave room for a bread pudding desert that is over the top. I highly recommend trying this restaurant if you are by Buford mall or if you want to experience good food with respect to the southern culture and Cajun and creole cuisines! read more

That food was so good I almost had to slap my third cousin with a cornbread and not even apologize! Georgia doesn't have a lot of good restaurants I had my luggage packed child and I was ready to go back home gurl cause I felt like Georgia had did me wrong with all these nasty restaurants that don't know how to season food properly. You have to try this place!!!! We just randomly stopped in one night, and we were so happy we did! I got a grilled shrimp plate with the jalapeño slaw and Cajun fries, and my partner got a rice bowl with grilled shrimp. They were both amazing! And we loved the array of hot sauces. I don't typically write reviews but had to for this one.. And this experience is a one and done for me. Chicken was subpar and biscuits and sides seemed like they were from a can. Cold and not hot. Didnt seem like they were made from scratch. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say that maybe it was me coming in late and getting the days leftovers. We are visiting lake Lanier for the week and wanted some Cajun food for Fat Tuesday. This place hit the spot. We had Jambalaya and Shrimp N Grits. Both were favor flavorful and cooked well. The Jambalaya could have had more spice for me but perfect for my MIL. I am very picky about my Shrimp N Grits and I give these top marks. Great food, great service! I had the blackened catfish served over grilled vegetables instead of the rice and a side of collards. The food was excellent, cooked perfectly and seasoned very well. OMG...OMG ! The food is amazing. Simple, direct, no fluff or fancy sauces; delicious southern food. I've been told by many thay I am a great cook; and it is hard to please folk that van cook. But, I am pleased! I have had a few of the offered proteins (fried chicken and shrimp), both of which were really good. But the side items are what knock it out of the park for me. Gouda grits, Mac & cheese, green beans, red beans and rice and dirty rice all delish! Jambalaya...! Gumbo a very close second, and the very best that can be had in this area! Don't be off put by the location; it is next to a gas station; but, it is very clean, the staff is polite, the is food amazing and the pricing is reasonable. Go...give them a try. We went to this new place as it was recommended and we were by the MOG tag office. It sits at end of gas station on backside of mall. Nice interior, though a bit warm inside. Limited seating inside. I had the pulled pork feast with Mac and cheese, jalapeño coleslaw, and baked beans. My daughter had the fried chicken, smashed red potatoes, and black eyed peas. Pork juicy, Mac and cheese dry, coleslaw and baked beans nothing special. Her chicken though was very good and the smashed potatoes were as well. Each plate or bowl comes with a corn muffin and a small side of homemade pickles. The pickles were more like cucumbers and onions in hot sauce, and not the sweet homemade butter pickles I had hoped for. Next time I think I will get chicken and several of the other veggie sides or just a veggie plate. It has potential, if they overcome the blandness of the items served. His daughter was quick to take our order with a smile, food was great, nice people, what's not to like? I love this place! Imagine a fast food restaurant with a real chef and really great food! I can get pizza, wings or burgers anywhere but this place is unique. The atmosphere is fine and the service was great but to me it is all about the food and it's just hard to find a place like this with such a unique menu and food with fantastic flavor.
