Feast Buffet really stepped up their game. The food tastes way better than I remember -- honestly closer to a sit‑down restaurant than a typical buffet. The dim sum was a big surprise for me; I usually skip siu mai at buffets, but everything looked so good I tried it, and it was just as tasty as ordering it by the piece at a dim sum spot. Lunch had tons of variety: pan‑fried prawns, crayfish, frog, salt‑and‑pepper fried fish, a make‑your‑own beef noodle soup station, and a full Mongolian grill. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I also loved the salad bar, especially the mango and papaya. Drinks included in the price is a nice bonus. The place looks cleaner and nicer than before, and even though we drove 45 minutes from the Eastside, it was totally worth it. Feast Buffet has definitely leveled up.

A decent place for an all-you-can-eat buffet in a beautiful setting, featuring vaulted ceilings and large rooms that are perfect for private events. The food is generally good, with two exceptions: the lobster and the steamed snow crab. Lobster takes about20 to 25 minutes to steam each one, and the line gets incredibly long during dinner. During my 1 and a half hour visit, I only managed to eat half of a lobster. Some guests would receive their lobster halves, have their spouses save them at the table, and then immediately get back in line for more, sometimes cutting in front of people who'd been waiting, which felt frustrating. The steamed snow crab was overly salty and much softer than expected, and the legs and claws could be squeezed easily, which made them seem overcooked. On the plus side, one nice improvement is that the restaurant now offers self-serve fountain drinks, including soft drinks, tea, and coffee. One thing that left a bad impression was the payment experience. Since tipping is optional, I crossed out the tip line and paid the exact amount due. Afterward, two employees spoke to each other in Chinese while looking in my direction, and I felt uncomfortable, as if they might be commenting on me not leaving a tip. I can't be certain what they were saying, but the interaction made me feel unwelcome. Aside from the lobster and snow crab, the rest of the food was good, with a nice variety to choose from. The total cost was approximately $49 per person, including tax. If you're mainly coming for the lobster, be prepared for a long wait. But if you're interested in the rest of the buffet, it's still a decent value.

I was talking to a friend about reasons to visit Renton and one of the things that reached my mind was Feast Buffet. Located in the Renton Shopping Center near Fred Meyer, this buffet has really surpassed the test of time. I remember coming here when I was a kid during important family events, however I think the last time I came was around 10 years ago! I think it's pretty safe to say that things have remained consistent over the past many years. To be honest, I'm not a big buffet person - I feel like the quality of the food is often traded for quantity and at my big age I really cannot force myself to eat more than like 2-3 plates of food anymore. But I will say, Feast definitely exceeded my expectations! It has a lot of great asian choices, as well as options for children/people with different palates! I've was a huge fan of the sushi/seafood options, especially the salmon sashimi they had. It was SO fatty I had so many bowls of it. There wasn't really anything that disappointed me, though the crab/lobster line was long (as expected). Staff were kind, and were pretty consistent in clearing out my table and I thought everything was pretty clean! Honestly I'm tempted to return (maybe for lunch since it's cheaper) but I do think that Feast Buffet is definitely a gem of Renton.

Feast Buffet or East (not King lol) Buffet?! IYKYK I was on travel to work with a team up in Renton, WA, and they went out for a lunch buffet here during my time up there. I was intrigued at the name Feast Buffet, but moreso because I had been to an East Buffet the previous year close to where I live, hence the first line of this review. Feast Buffet is located in Renton Shopping Center on the west side of Rainier south of Sunset. If you know where the Fred Meyer is here, Feast Buffet is on the opposite end of the plaza. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a rather spacious lobby where you can see a TV that shows the pricing for both lunch and dinner. We went on a weekday at lunchtime, which is the cheapest option at $24.99 per adult. Weekend lunches are almost 50% higher, but the same price as dinner on Mondays thru Thursdays. If our team had gone for dinner on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, we'd be spending an additional $20 more per adult! The lobby also had some nice decor. Even though I posted this review in January (I was on a brief review hiatus), our visit was back in November, and they had some snowmen decor by the right wall as well as a Christmas tree by the check-in counter. The selection is incredible! Much more than what I was expecting that I circumnavigated the buffet area like a labyrinth. I was hoping to start off with salad, but accidentally started off with some cold seafood before I was able to find the salad bar. Don't forget to grab some utensils! They're located by the salad bar. Our team sat at a side dining area akin to a banquet hall with a huge TV on the end closer to the front door. We were on the far corner, and one of the TVs was not functioning, unfortunately. There are three drink dispensers in the beverage section, but I made the mistake of getting a coffee cup for a Pepsi Zero Sugar LOL. There are taller blue cups that I should have gotten instead, but one of my tablemates noticed a leak in her cup and informed a staff member about it. As with any buffet, one of my grievances is that they spread themselves too thin that the quality of some of the foods is sacrificed, and that is the case here, though not nearly as much, fortunately enough. Only the Mac & Cheese was the most forgettable after my first two plates; I probably would have preferred the macaroni sitting on the top layer of the heating well. The fruits were also not fresh, though I can't say I was expecting them to be. Otherwise, most other food items were good enough for buffet standards. As I was getting some sushi, I got some wasabi, but didn't see soy sauce. When I asked a sushi chef where the soy sauce was, he replied that it was on the tables albeit in a rather condescending manner. Okay, so my bad on neglecting to notice the first time, but this is how I get treated as a visitor from out of state?! I got some cuts of meat at the same time, but one of them was full of fat and/or gristle! The noodle bar stood out to me most because I don't ever recall seeing a noodle bar at any other buffet! It's kind of similar to the Mongolian BBQ station where you select your raw toppings and hand them to the chef, who cooks them for you. In the case of this noodle bar, you select from one of four broths: Wonton, Udon, Beef Brisket, and Tonkotsu. Just let the chef know which of these four broths you'd like, and they'll cook it for you! One drawback with this station is that if there are multiple customers' ramen bowls being cooked simultaneously, you may end up grabbing someone other customer's bowl. I also got to try some cotton candy, and that's only because as I was walking by the desserts section, there was an employee finishing up a cotton candy. Since there was no other customer nearby, I simply waited until she handed me the cotton candy. Otherwise, there will be a stand with holes that will hold the cotton candies. And for the (real) dessert, I went with a small bowl of cookies & cream ice cream. I made the mistake of attempting to open a stationary glass panel, thinking it was a sliding door of an ice cream chest LOL. An employee noticed, and I had to tell her which ice cream I wanted, though I also had to ask her what the flavors were since I didn't see any flavor labels. Ice cream was pretty good! Good way to round out a decent lunch buffet! One thing I didn't like was how inconsistently non-punctual they were at picking up plates. I know I shouldn't be comparing, but there was a time when I had three empty plates next to me that weren't picked up! Yet after my first plate, I saw it was taken away when I came back for seconds. Overall, I enjoyed my visit to Feast Buffet, and I would prefer Feast Buffet over East Buffet even though I actually gave both the same rating. However, East Buffet is lower than a 4.0, but I'd rate Feast Buffet higher than a 4.0, though not that much higher to earn the 5th star. Nevertheless, if you're looking for a feast of a buffet, look no further than Feast Buffet!

On the way to the airport (SeaTac) in Washington State, we dropped by this famous Chinese buffet restaurant in Renton, WA. and we didn't get disappointed. This is perhaps one of the best if not the very best buffet i have eaten at outside California. Very clean, very organized. We came in at 11:45 am just sbout lunch time and understandably a little busy already but unlike many buffet restaurant, you can literally sometimes fight for that last piece of chicken wings , however that will never happen in this restaurant. Dish trays are always filled. Every dishes are outstanding complete with everything you craved for, from seafood, fruits and vegetables, sushi, Mongolian barbecue, dim sum, hot soup and all kind of desserts. Price is very reasonable. For those of you bisiting the Seatle area, anout a mile from SeaTac airport. I highly recommend this.

Came again for lunch with a party of 4 on a weekday and surprisingly the restaurant was not too full, probably at 25% capacity, maybe because it was the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and everyone was saving their calories for the main holiday meal of turkey, sides and desserts during the upcoming festivities. Having only really been there for dinner prior, lunch is less in price though food options are more limited too. I didn't see snow crab legs in the hot food section (they still had crayfish, clams and mussels) or lobster claws in the chilled seafood section, nor some of the sashimi options they have at dinner. The did have all the rest of the sushi roll and nigiri sushi, hot meat and vegetables dishes, meat carving station, noodle bar, salad station, steamed savory and sweet items, and similar desserts as available for dinner. Personally have to say my preference is for the dinner buffet even with the upcharge, feels more worthwhile to enjoy the additional seafood options. Overall clean and the staff is pretty good about refilling buffet dishes and removing dirty plates from diners' tables. Aside from initially showing each party to their table, there's not much additional interaction other than to ask if you're done with your plate, which I feel like isn't a bad thing--that's probably all the interaction most people prefer when stuffing themselves at a buffet.

This is the standard family AYCE buffet that people come to get their cravings satisfied - sushi bar, mongolian grill, seafoods, etc. My friends and I came here last night. If you're a Boeing employee, you are able to get some dollars off (single person only). Atmosphere wise, it's pretty loud as the dining halls are normally filled with people - regardless of what time it is; lunch or dinner. Food wise - the quality has gone down dramatically compared to what it was years ago. Never thought I would have lettuce leaf in my sushi rolls. Proteins weren't too bad - very similar to how Panda Express would've made it. The good thing about this place is how well stocked they are. Overall, the food is decent - it's usually a coin flip if it's under seasoned or over. The service has been good at clearing things and normally asks if you're done with it. Sometimes they miss your table due to the volume of people in the place.

I recently ate at Feast Buffet with my brother, and overall it was a really good experience. We focused mostly on the sushi and poke, and both were fresh, flavorful, and well stocked. For a buffet, the quality was better than expected. We were seated quickly, which was nice, and the restaurant was relatively clean considering how busy it gets. Staff kept food coming out, and the sushi and poke stations stayed full, so there was no long waiting or empty trays. There was something for everyone there, which maked it a great place to go with my brother. It is not fine dining, but for what it is, it does a great job. The atmosphere is lively, and the experience feels smooth and well run. If you come hungry and want a lot of options, especially sushi and seafood, Feast Buffet is a solid choice. We left full, satisfied, and feeling like it was worth the visit.

I'm not sure where other's expectations line up for Asian buffet, but this is a pretty good one. Lots of options, drink options, fair pricing, always refilling dishes at the steam bar. They even have workers come around to tables to clear empty plates. Go into this with an open mind and you won't be disappointed! There's a noodle soup bar, stir fried noodle bar, and all the things in between. I enjoyed their dim sum spare ribs, salt and pepper fish, eggplant, noodles, and sesame balls! Their clams had a bunch of small shells in it, so filter with your teeth before you crack a tooth. Overall, I'd come back for lunch pricing!

Feast is always such a good place to come with the family on Sundays. Hands down the Best buffet in Washington state. Always such a pleasure to come here and eat all sushi, seafood and great selections they have!!! Desserts are always so delicious! The staff are very quick and friendly. The restaurant is always busy, so there is a lot of space!

Ayyy this is a Mecca of Chinese buffets. They had a variety galore! They had their standard dishes right, but here are a few items that set them apart. Stone Crab Claws, deep fried sushi, hot dog on rollers, fried crab claws, and crazy dessert station! So they got scoop ice cream, shaved ice, crepes, fondue and a lot more! It has a self serve drink and coffee station. The staff were great, very attentive and helpful for hosting our grandma's 99th birthday party. The decor was tip top compared to other Chinese buffet places. Overall, would I come back? Ya darn right I would!

But for those in the know, Triumph Valley is really known for their dim sum menu! Off the beaten path, you have to take State Highway 167, as its just south of the large IKEA store. But definitely a culinary landmark if you are a constant diner of Chinese cuisine, and dim sum afficianado. There are only three dim sum, or dumpling lunch providers in or around the City of Renton (technically two). This is one of them, and if you are not early, it can get really crowded, especially on weekends. But the staff bravely soldiers-on with their dilligent service. The restaurant's ambiance takes advantage of its interior with strategic lighting in their dining hall. Very utilitarian, while trying to ensure a little bit of style. They also modernize the experience with electronic waiting and ordering system on portable touch screens. It actually helps the service. No paper. As for me, my focus is on the dim sum. All of my favorites are there. And, as diner of one, it was hard not to want to order everything. So, I ordered the "basics" of a dim sum lunch. One order of Shiu Mai, one order of Har Gow, and one order steamed BBQ Pork. It was pretty much all you need along with an order of tea, as well as a Diet Coke to wash it all down. There were other traditional dim sum selections, but I knew my tummy (and wallet) wouldn't absorb it all - as much as I would have liked. Steamed beancurd sheets, beef meatballs, steamed sticky rice in banana leaves... chicken feet, it was all there. The best way is to make a plan, and invite lots of freinds to make sure you can try EVERYTHING! Yes, there are other menu items, like I said, but for Dim Sum dining in Renton, this is the place!!!! The entire restaurant was 80% full, but still the food and the service was super lazy. We went in at 9pm, and they close at midnight, so not even late into the night. Ambiance was just fine though we could see dirty floor and unclean tables. First server came immediately after we got seated and asked us if we are ordering food or not (first hint at their rudeness), but the second server was good. After we finished food, first server again came and asked us with straight-face- without even giving us a menu "are you ordering any dessert"? At the end the first server still came and expected a lot of tip, and showed a rude, non-interested face even when we tipped 15%. Now I am regretting why I tipped that much, when the service is so bad. This shows lack of training. Now coming to the food (important piece)- we ordered 4 things: 1) achari soya chaap - decently good, but there was no achari flavor in it. It was on a bland side as well. 3/5. 2) Malai Kofta - fully frozen. When we cut the kofta it was super cold and hard. The curry had some flavor but still cold, not at all fresh. 1/5. We asked for a replacement and it took them 20 mins to give us a new one and by that time we had already finished our naans. Even the new one was not good, though warmer than before. 3) Kadhai Paneer - again frozen one. Paneer pieces were soft but cold. Though the semi curry had good flavor to it. My assumption is that they took the frozen paneer and mixed it with previously prepared curry, without even cooking them up to infuse the flavors. 2/5. 4) Garlic & Bullet Naan - Both were really good, and we had asked them to be crispy and they were good crispy , so we liked them. 4/5.

Since it was an early dinner, I immediately sat down. The store staff responded pleasantly. And we ordered Gozilla roll, Super Salmon roll, and Miyabi roll. The sushi toppings were fresh and delicious. I'm looking forward to it again next time.

We've been wanting to try this spot for a while every time we drive by, it's packed, which usually…read moresays a lot. Finally made it in, and overall, it was a mixed experience. Started off strong with the uni shot, which was really good, and the sashimi fresh, clean, and exactly what you want from a sushi spot. We also ordered the mushroom and pumpkin salad with spinach, which tasted great, but at $20, it felt a bit overpriced for what it was. The rolls, unfortunately, didn't live up to how they looked. Presentation was definitely there, but the flavor just didn't hit. On top of that, they were falling apart pretty easily when picked up with chopsticks, which made them a little frustrating to eat. Service was solid overall staff was attentive despite how busy it was but they did miss our hamachi kama, which was a bit of a letdown. A couple things to note: this place is cash only, and it gets very busy, so expect a bit of a wait. That said, the vibe is nice, and the design of the space is something I actually liked. Would I come back? Probably for sashimi and appetizers but I might skip the rolls next time.

The meats are delicious, sides are absolutely a HIT!! The best bang for your buck, and it's nice to go to a kbbq place where I don't have to cry about my wallet for AYCE. I'm not very picky about KBBQ so me personally I felt very satisfied being here. I would prefer to go here over any other place just to satisfy my KBBQ cravings. Our server is so sweet and kind! She made sure we were taken cared of. This place deserves more recognition!

Food was mediocre. The marinated beef wasn't too bad tho. There weren't much sauces. I thought the…read moresnack bar had some more sauces where you could make your own but there's only one on your table labeled dipping sauce. The pork belly comes with a sauce they bring for you. Speaking of pork belly they were too chewy we cooked it for long enough and it was still very chewy. Service was trash. The lady that was our server poured all the meat on our fryer so half of the meat was stacked on top of each other so it took longer to cooked. We're already on a 90 minute time crunch. If my step dad wasn't pestering the lady for a next round they wouldn't have checked on us and we would've been waiting for 30 minutes. While we were waiting for the second round the lady told us to turn off our heater when we're not using it, the man later came and turned it back on and told us to keep it at level 400-500. The next time we got the food she tried to put all the meat on the fryer again my step dad said "It's okay we got it, thank you" she looked at us like we didn't know what we were doing. Later on she looked at how we put everything on the fryer she looked and laughed at us TWICE.
