Its a shame I really liked this place, had a pretty great experience getting a piercing done…read more Unfortunately the piercing was the problem, it was done at an angle with the wrong jewelry and a year later still hurts and has a bump now. I've gone back to them for questions over time and been told some wildly different things between their piercers. I've since moved to a different studio and had to have my downsized bar taken out becasue it seems inkvictus downsized mine when it wasn't ready. I've been told my options are to wait it out and live with a messed up job, or let it close up and have it redone. Its upsetting to have a hack job done on your body. It's also come to my attention some problematic practices going in within the studio, I won't be supporting them anymore.

I've been wanting to get cosmetic makeup for a few years and decided now or never. After shopping…read morearound and looking at places in the area, I was recommended Inkvictus, an inclusive, body-positive, and welcoming cosmetic enhancement studio. I loved everything about this studio before making the appointment. From their amazing Instagram posts, ease of their website, and everything in between, I was hooked. I decided to book an appointment with Bre who has been in the field for a little over two years. I booked powder brows and lash line enhancement (eyeliner). I have a tattoo on my arm so I was super excited to scratch that itch one knows to have after getting a tattoo. When I entered the studio, immediately I was greeted by everyone there. I felt so incredibly welcomed and comfortable. The studio is fun, vibrant, and fun. I felt incredibly relaxed. Bre was AMAZING. We talked about our travels, mostly, which is a favorite topic of mine. She was informative about everything, guided me along the way, gave me a bathroom break, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the 3.5 hours I was there. Numbing cream definitely helped because there were some areas that I was feeling some scratching but it didn't bother me any (honestly, it's an adrenaline rush if anything). The eyeliner was a weird feeling at first but after a few minutes, I was comfortable and my eyes relaxed. Honestly, I expected worse. This was easy! I've been waking up every morning with a huge boost of confidence without even doing my makeup! I go in for an included touch-up next month and I even booked a lash lift and tint for March! I'm telling you right now...if you've been thinking about getting some permanent cosmetic makeup, do it!! Bre was FANTASTIC!!!

I really wanted to like this nail salon and gave them three separate chances, but unfortunately, my…read morethird visit was very disappointing. The staff was rude and argumentative when I asked for a specific service. I knew exactly what I wanted, but they repeatedly tried to convince me to choose a different service, even after I made it clear I was only there for the one I requested. It became frustrating and made the experience uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the nail technician nicked my cuticles on three different fingers badly enough that they bled, and I now have scabs around those nails. After giving this salon multiple chances, I will not be returning. They definitely need to improve their customer service and be more respectful of what their clients are asking for.

Recently I visited Tia for Brow Lamination and sculpting and I'm a very satisfied client…read more Lamination is like a relaxer for your brow hairs. Brow lamination takes your curly unruly or thinning brow hair and smoothes it out with a keratin treatment while also lifting the hair in a more vertical direction. The end result is super smooth brows that look like you have brow gel on them. I've been going to Tia since September of last year and I've seen tremendous improvement with growth and shaping. Prior to relocating I always had my eyebrows threaded in New York. I struggled for years with shape and growth that I was unhappy with. Tia is a blessing to brows ! Her studio is clean, posh, comfortable and always smells amazing. She even has a heated blanket for her spa table ! She does it all! Lashes, micro blading,..lamination, brow and body waxing galore ! Try her. You won't ever look back.
