I pulled out of drive thru, parked and entered the indicated door. She patiently took my order and asked and answered questions. I now have the cake ordered for my nephew's birthday! I added a buster bar to my total, paid, and received a receipt for pick up via drive thru next Saturday. All very nicely handled and I look forward to receiving the cake next week. The lady waiting on me said that this process allows them to keep the drive thru order line moving swiftly. Now as an aside. I did not go to the DQ closest to my home which would be in Union, MO due to the reviews I read on YELP. Whomever manages there better wake up; read the reviews; and fix their customer service issues before they go out of business. Washington DQ. You are awesome!

Apparently, they only had three people working, and the inside order area was filled with angry customers who had been waiting for their food for up to half an hour (They had already paid) This made the walk-in customers just get in their cars and drive away. I don't blame the girls working there; they kept bailing their sinking ship as fast as they could, but I can't help but think that one or two more qualified employees would have more than quadrupled your sales. Hey, its your place, do what you want, but I will search for alternatives. It did provide a perfect opportunity to practice Saint-Like patience, which is always a good thing to practice!

The place is clean, and the drive-thrus is taken care of as the people at the window read the orders as the food is handed out. The dining experience is also pleasant, as it is surprising relaxed for a fast food place. It must be noted that there is a dairy allergy in my family, so it is nice that this place usually reads back the orders so there won't be a mixup.
