I ordered the $5.99 ravioli advertised on the restaurant window as I pulled in to go thru the drive thru. It was fabulous! So great that I went thru about a week later to order the same dish but it was not listed anywhere on the menu ? I went ahead and ordered it anyways along with 2 extra breadsticks ($1.49) and an extra side of marinara (.50). I also ordered a cup of ice water. When I pulled around to pay my total was over $14!! (And I didn't even order a soda?) I politely asked the worker at the window to repeat my order back to me bc I thought maybe there had been an error or miscommunication? He read back to me exactly what I had ordered so I paid but asked for a receipt. I was charged for a cup of water and my $5.99 Ravioli jumped up to $9.99. My food was fabulous just as before so no complaints about that; however, I felt like I was misled by the price bc ravioli was not listed anywhere on the drive thru menu. Granted I expected it may have been a little more from the ad I had seen on the window my previous visit... but that was almost DOUBLE the price with no warning (bc it's not anywhere on the menu? Strange?) . Then to top it all off I was charged almost the same as a soft drink for an ice water. Wendy's and Dunkin give me FREE iced water (less than a mile up the road) and don t even charge me for the cup. Nor am I required to order anything else. They advertise four dollar pasta dishes now they are limiting you to 24 dollar meals without any type of notice being posted that it was changing from multiple orders within the same visit Service through the drive-through is exceptionally slow for three vehicles in line. Friendly staff. Awesome spaghetti. Nice clean restaurant. Glad to see they have a discount app. This has been my son's favorite spaghetti place since he was a child. My only question is what happened to ALL YOU CAN EAT spaghetti? read more

Its olive gardens lil brother in a sense. Massive upgrades to their internal operations have placed fazzolis in a semi fast food position now with glass plates and real utensils instead of plastic. This visit I went for the hungry persons meal as I was too indecisive to figure out what I wanted. Usually I really have nothing to complain about because it's pretty decent food for the price you pay so affordability at fazzolis is def a 5 star rating. But, the one thing we all love about fazzolis, the breadsticks...just completely missed their mark. They were not very hot and they were pretty hard on the bottom. I was disappointed to say the least but hey, I'm know the good breadsticks were just an oven bake away, I just didnt get to partake in them. Ordered the breadsticks I the drive through. When I got them they had no butter and no garlic on them. No big deal, went back through the drive through and told them. They said they will exchange my breadsticks for different ones. I got those breadsticks and they were no different. The only reason I went there was for their awesome breadsticks. Best Fazoli's around! I've been in nursing school for about 2 years now and this is mine and my pals favorite place to go too! We eat here like 3 days a week lol. Service is always super fast and super friendly. They come by to each table and ask if you want more bread. I've spent many a day sitting in the booths at this Fazoli's stressing over a test or final exam. Could just be that I LOVE Italian, or it could just be a pretty dang good restaurant. Food is good, but prices keep going up. It costs me almost as much to feed my family here as it does at Olive Garden

Out of a party of three, two of us got food poisoning. We lost an entire day of our lives. Missed a day of looking after my dying mother. I can't believe I forgot to review this location. On my way back to Georgia I decided to get something to eat. My son wanted the usual, mickey ds and ugh I am so glad I saw Fazoli's before pulling up into their parking lot. I love Fazoli's and haven't had any since moving to metro Atlanta. This location is the best. The Manager was great, he was very friendly and had excellent customer service skills. The food was great too. I ordered the Chicken Broccoli Penne Bake with a side salad. It was beyond delicious!! But I couldn't eat it all. My son had cheese pizza and he ate it all including the crust (he hates crust) and of course their breadsticks in my opinion are what makes the meal (unlimited too) :) Overall I had a good time dinning here on a Sunday afternoon. And most definitely will find my way back here when traveling towards that direction. read more
