Until recently I haven't had Dominos pizza since they changed their recipe few years ago. But now I think it is the best chain pizza in town. I even eat the crust, which is unusual for me. I've ordered takeout and delivery and the delivery has arrived in around 20 or 30 minutes although both times were not during peak weekend evenings. Last time it arrived so fresh it was almost too hot to eat right away. The two or more medium two topping pizzas for 5.99 each is such a great deal that it's cheaper than some frozen pizzas. And you don't just have to get pizza but there are several things on the list of 5.99 options. The downside is there is a three dollar delivery charge which does not include tip if you get this deal for delivery instead of take out. This is probably going to be my go to pizza place in Richmond from now on. The brownie cookie swirl dessert thing was also good. read more

Two Fridays in a row I have ordered from this location. Last week a pizza was missing toppings so they remade it. The remake was also wrong. This week I ordered again and one pizza has large areas with no toppings and the NY style they made was hand tossed not NY style. This store needs to hire people that pay attention to details. Yesterday (4/4) around 7, my boyfriend and I went to Domino's to pick up a pizza we had ordered online. We waited about 20 minutes, which was totally fine--but when we got our pizza, it wasn't what we ordered. We double-checked our receipt to make sure we didn't make a mistake, and everything on our end was correct. We went back inside and politely asked if they could remake it. The employee we had interacted with earlier already seemed to have a bad attitude, and when we brought up the issue, she immediately became argumentative--even though we had proof the order was wrong. She started raising her voice, throwing her hands around, and was acting like a toddler--which was especially surprising given that she appeared to be around 60 years old. It was very unprofessional. It was one of the most uncomfortable customer service experiences I've had. I understand that everyone has bad days, but if you're going to work in customer service, treating people with basic respect should be expected. read more

Live 45 minutes from this store so this sucks. Picked up an order after work and drove home to find the bread uncooked for our cheesy bread and whatever the in the world this " Hawaiian " pizza is. We've had never had any issues from ordering from this store in the past so this was incredibly disappointing especially being late at night. read more

Slowest pizza service I have ever had. I understand that businesses are understaffed but I didn't get my pizza until an hour and half after I ordered it and then when the pizza arrived it was cold because it had been sitting out of the over for 45 minutes. The only positive I have to say is the employees are nice but something needs fixed with their delivery service. I'll get my pizza elsewhere from now on. read more

I'm giving you one star so I can even say this. This is the third time we have had this happen. Ordered for delivery at 10:00pm, the order didn't go out for delivery until midnight. For the last two hours someone, I won't say her name, is supposedly in our neighborhood. We called, but the store is all of a sudden closed. Prior to them closing, we called all night and played phone tag with someone who probably isn't even in this country. Absolutely do not recommend if you want to get dinner period. read more

Me and my kids were faithful dominos people , we always used the online app becouse the coupons and deals were awsmone but last few times I tried to order I keep getting card not accepted,generic card ,and when call the store they don't give u the same coupons as online, sad to really loved dominos read more

Honestly you lot don't deserve the one star rating after how I was treated tonight. I had a friend come to visit from my hometown, as well as my boyfriend who went up to the window, and she graciously offered to get us a pizza since normally we have nice experiences with Dominos instead of Papa John's, Little Ceaser's, etc. Jesus fucking christ, I think this team needs a lesson in common decency. We ordered the pizza at 10:30 as a carry out and selected the option to do the 'I'm Here'/Skip the line or whatever it's called. We get there as it says it's ready and arrive to the store where there's an 'open' sign but the front lights are off. No one called to tell me, 'Hey, the lobby is closed so you'll need to come up to the window to get your pizza'. No no, because that would be common sense I guess. There wasn't even a fucking sign to say that the lobby was closed and that you had to go to a little window (which doesn't have any signs either saying what the fuck it is?). It was extremely windy and the rain had just died down, and I stood outside the glass see-through door for at least 5 minutes. I knocked on the door at least twice, no answer. It said to come in and get the pizza, and you'd THINK that someone would come to the door and explain to me what the fuck was going on and what I needed to do, or at least let me know that my friend didn't just waste money on a pizza we wouldn't get. No, you want to know what happened? At least three of the employees in there made eye contact with me--for example, the girl on register with the narrow face and stringy blonde hair, the window girl with curly dirty blonde hair, dark eyes, and thick black glasses, a man with glasses and a brown scraggly beard-- and pretended I didn't exist and started to look anywhere else but the door and would start to laugh. The register girl didn't come to the door, just sat and stared at the register as the wind picked up. I called--they saw me on my phone-- and when the register girl answered I said, specifically, 'We ordered our pizza and the app said that it's ready to pick up, but the door is locked. You saw me, but didn't come to help.' She replied that I needed to go to the window, still not looking at me because why would she? I asked how the fuck I get to the window when there's no designated drive thru or any signs to point to get there, and she said to just walk up. Still not commenting on how she saw me and refused to come to the door to explain, nicely, what I needed to do or just help me out. So I go to the window, walking by where they're all laughing, and find my boyfriend trying to get the order. The curly haired girl couldn't have given less of a shit as I gave my number and took my food. She said, 'Have a great night,' and I just stared her down. Have a great night? Maybe we would've had a great night if they hadn't been such asshats about the situation. I really prefer your pizza over Papa Johns, but when I pay for 4 sauce cups and put in my comment section "please don't forget sauce," it's really disappointing when they're forgotten every other time. 50% chance seriously. And I never call and request a driver come bring me ranch or marinara back, but dang guys. It's only about $2.50 extra each time but at this rate I could easily just buy an extra pizza from Papa Johns with my losses. read more

Greatest thing about dominos is that they will deliver until 2AM on weekdays. Other than Jimmy Johns, Dominos is the only other place that will accommodate late night hunger without having to leave your home. I think that deserves some kind of recognition or notoriety. It does not hurt that the food is pretty good as well and it is very easy to order online. Plus you can see the progress of your food as they make it on your screen. Dominos has a food tracker and it shows every step from the time they receive the order to the time it leaves for delivery. read more
