Hello. We have ordered from Papa Johns multiple times before. The toppings are a little skimpy so we double everything, but usually a good pizza. However, whenever I choose a specific delivery time the pizza comes immediately. Two days ago we returned from vacation sick and jet lagged and I called in a pizza delivery for a specific time. We waited 30 minutes after delivery time and it never came. I called and the person who answered the phone at our local store blamed Door Dash and said our pizza had been, "voided" the person was uncaring and rude. I told them I did not call Door Dash I called Papa Johns delivery. He was unapologetic and even called me back and hung up on me after our conversation. We will not be ordering from Papa Johns again. read more

I wish I could give this place a 0 star review.. as DoorDash driver, like normal, went and picked an order for a customer. When I walked inside the store and told the front desk man that I had an order for DoorDash to pick up under such and such, he looked and said that there's not an order there by that name and someone might've picked it up already. So I had to call the customer about it and she said that she hasn't received it yet. I had to put the customer on my phone because I tried to tell the manager and the front desk guy that the customer still haven't received her food acting like they don't even care at all. The manager even hung up in the customer and slammed my $250 phone onto some pizza boxes. Until yesterday, IMO Papa John's was the best pizza on the planet, hands down. Fought with my family on pizza night where we would order our pizza. Everyone understands that times are difficult and finding good employees is a challenge, but the food delivered yesterday was atrocious. Unfortunately I was starving and did not take the time to photograph the condition of my pizza, but it appeared to have been snatched from the oven and slung into the box. This is the location I usually get my pizzas from. Pizzas usually come done good and in a good amount of time. When we get a half and half they do tend to sorta mix the sides and not separate them but overall not a bad place to get your pizza from. This location doesn't really offer a sitting in area it's more of a stop in and grab and go kind of pizza place. read more

I ordered two medium pizzas tonight. One was a chicken bacon ranch pizza and the other was a chicken bbq pizza. It was the worst pizza my fiance and I have ever had. The medium pizzas seemed smaller than pizza hut or dominos mediums. There was too much bbq on the one and not enough ranch on the other and neither pizzas had much cheese. It was a waste of money and definitely wont be ordering from her again. I'd rather order from Pizza Hut, Dominos, or Mad Mushroom Pizza. At least they have good pizza. read more

I've ordered from here 2 times through doordash in the past 2 months or so and both times my orders were wrong. I didn't call the first time because my pepperoni pizza was just missing the pepperoni. I ordered again last night and ordered an extra cheese pepperoni stuffed crust. I was only given extra cheese and none of the others, when calling the worker was incredibly rude and was already complaining about something in the restaurant when he answered, he then got incredibly angry when he couldn't hear me due to a technical issue and referred me to doordash. I typically really enjoy Papa John's pizza, hence the reason why my friend and I decided to order from here last night. We ordered a few pizzas and bread sticks and was quite excited for our order. Upon arrival to the store, my friend wanted to come in with me in order to help carry all the food. The signs on the door said limit 3 people in the lobby, which there was only one customer in there at the time so we decided to go inside. When we walked in we were harshly and rudely greeted, the lady behind the counter yelled, "Are you apart of the same order? You can't be in here together.". Which we understood due to the COVID restrictions, but she was very rude and mean about it. So my friend stood outside while I grabbed the food. I would also like to add that there was about 7 or 8 employees behind the counter and not a single one was wearing a mask. It's just confusing to me that my friend wasn't allowed to come into the lobby with me to carry pizzas but it's okay for 8 employees to be standing around within the restaurant without masks. I don't typically write reviews on places and I've had great experiences at this Papa Johns before, but this time was just bad and I feel as if it needed to be said.
