Was in town a few weeks ago and decided I hadn't ate Fazoli's in a decade or two so I'd grab some lunch on 19 January..... I opted for some half lasagna, half alfredo that also came w two breadsticks. It was delicious and filling. The drive thru service was quick and friendly. Highly likely I'll have to lunch here again when I'm in town. Thanks for delicious quick Italian lunch that turned in to two meals. read more

Not happy! I found 2 plastic strings about 3 inches long in my breadsticks, none of the tables were clean, and there were STACKS of dishes on all of the trash cans. Won't be going back there. read more

Onalaska, Wi. Ordered delivery to the Holiday Inn Express. Ordered the sampler and a side of meatballs to split. Decided going forward we'd order most spaghetti and meatballs and a side of 5 meatballs, with the 2 breadsticks it comes with. That's the perfect amount for us. So good. read more

Incredible pizza. Beautifully made hearty breadsticks. Extremely filling food and definitely worth the visit.

Service at this location was excellent. Employees were great to deal with and went out of there way to make everything great during our meal there. I brought up dishes to area and employee commented that I didn't have to do that and I could have left them in the table. Food was hot and tasty. Brought extra fresh bread sticks. Checked on us how the meal was. This is not usual for a fast food place! Would go back again when in the area. read more

To start.... I used to love eating here due to the Alfredo sauce being better then Olive Garden (my opinion) well things have slipped a lot.... Last time I was at this restaurant was about August of last year. My family and I decided we would come back because it was okay the last time.... Well to our surprise my husband's meatballs were very garlicy and my Alfredo sauce tasted VERY watered down and bland; even putting salt and pepper on it didn't make it better. Only thing that was okay or subpar was my son's slice of pizza.... Again (my opinion) for the amount we paid ($37.28) for our meal it should of tasted a lot better.... Worst experience ever! Did the drive thru at Fazoli's on my lunch break thinking shouldn't take long with one car ahead. Should've went to MCDONALDS with the 10+ cars and probably would've been in and out with time to eat my lunch. I ordered, PINK lemonade and Chicken Alfrado meal. Did not think it would take 35minutes in the drive thru for ONE meal. Let me tell you about my meal.....pink lemonade was lite regular lemonade GROSS. My chicken was hard and over cooked and the noodles could've cooked another couple minutes. Needless it say, that was a waste of time and money!!!!!!!!! Wont be going back again. read more

Worst Fazoli's ever...extremely slow service almost to the point of being rude....filthy dirty floors, trays and kitchen from what I could see at the counter...ate an early dinner, not crowded...no excuses for this sad place. Baked Spaghetti used to be my FAVORITE from here. Tonight I got it and there was almost zero cheese. I was advised that they had cut back on the cheese because they were "wasting to much cheese". Breadsticks had no butter or flavor. Just dry bread. Fazoli's just moved to our "never again" list of places to eat. It cost $30+ dollars for three of us to eat and it mostly thrown in the trash! read more

I went to Fazolis in Onalaska with my group and once we all ordered, they may have felt swamped but we all got our food in under 10 minutes and the employees were kind enough to fit all of the group and other families. Also a cashier was very good looking. read more

Terrible terrible service.!! We had a large order through the drive thru. (Over $50) We did not get napkins or forks. We told the person at the window we needed cups for the 1/2 gallon of lemonade because we were driving back to Chicago. I went in to get plastic forks. I waited for someone at the counter for over 5 minutes, there was a women (black hair with red steaks) with her back to us who was talking to a man wearing white and green. The woman from the drive thru came in and out but ignored me. I asked for help several times and the black haired women finally turned around and yelled at "Can't you see I'm busy!!! You need to be patient!!" I told her I was patiently waiting. She threw the forks at me and as I was walking out she yelled "good for you". I called the manager who said they only give out forks if requested and didn't seem concerned about the rude behavior of the employee. read more

Overall I think Fazoli's is pretty good. However, they went through some not so good changes. Some of the menu items changed like the Primo Sub, it used to be my favorite dish there and now it's just subpar. The prices are good as is most of their other dishes. Also always seems to be short staffed but that isn't surprising, everyone is short staffed but I haven't seen more than one person on a register for quite a while. For a cheap and filling option, I'd recommend. read more

I usually do not bother with reviews of chains. However I felt compelled to do so with this one. I have been here only once before and it was OK I guess. This recent time however, out of our group of four, only I thought what ordered was decent. I had some sort of baked ziti which was fine tasting. But the fettuccine alfredo was reportedly salty and cold and the tuscan pizza was reportedly cold and too sweet. The bread sticks were not baked all the way and were literally yellow with soaked in grease. You could wring out the grease from these cold, limp soggy doughy bread sticks. Nothing was finished and we did not care to take any leftovers home. We are done with this place. read more

Although the staff was friendly and the food was served promptly, the food was quite bad (even for a chain). My kids used to really like grabbing a quick lunch here when we shopped in Onalaska. Over the last year or so the quality of food has been a hit or miss. The bread sticks...where do I even begin? I literally squeezed a yellow "butter" liquid substance out of one. They were luke warm at best and doughy. My Tuscan chicken flat bread was quite terrible, Cold and lacking flavor. My kids were disappointed in the alfredo. The sauce used to have a decent thick creamy cheesy flavor. But this time it was salty and watery, not to mention barely room temperature. Today was a pretty slow day not just for service but also for the staff. They have 3 people out in the lobby doing daily tasks and 1 behind the counter taking orders. There was a group waiting as the woman behind the counter would leave and "grab something from the back." I waited for 30 mins while the group of 5 people had orders taken. The food is great and the breadsticks are wonderful, but today the service is unnecessary slow. The order came out and everything seemed to be in order except part of my meal, and they were kind enough to fix the issue and give 1 extra breadstick. The biggest problem seemed to be with the breadstick delivery service. On previous visits there is usually someone that goes around with fresh breadsticks to offer to anyone but they must be trying to cut some costs because that didn't happen. I came in this afternoon and it was very very busy for a Sunday. Every table in sight was full with families and we couldn't find a table to sit at. Zoe was very kind to us and cleaned off a table for us to sit at, brought our food, and brought us breadsticks and boxes! Even though it seemed to me as to be busy and not very well staffed (we only saw zoe and Joanna walking around) she made sure we got what we needed and was very kind about it. She looked a bit frantic sometimes. We saw her everywhere. Bringing people food, carrying the basket with the breadsticks, taking orders, and carrying big black trays of dirty dishes.
