The ambience, I can describe, is watching slow motion in action. I've got to give some credit for credit's sake. It's difficult to manage and sustain the ability to move this slowly. When in house eaters have finished their dinners and ask me, as they walk to the doors, if I'm still waiting, one knows it's something to behold. It really is quite something to watch! With a turnover rate of less than 3 months for the average worker, it must be something of a requirement for those who like to snicker. I saw that some of the staff are also the banquet room staff which was a very pleasant surprise, and they know how to cook both big meals and small. The room is nice with bar seating and lots of tables for groups. There is a large double sided fireplace. Nothing I read in any of the low rated reviews turned out to be true, in fact it's the opposite. The whole place has new management for 2019 and they really know how to treat you well.
