each thing barely qualifies as that thing... First thing: fettuccine Alfredo: my goodness the sauce was gross. Isn't the idea to have good food so people come back I can't believe anyone would come back after eating that. Spaghetti meatballs: the spaghetti was mushy and overcooked. Come on people it's not hard to cook spaghetti correctly. Meatballs: lots of breading and very little meat, kind of disgusting. When you're driving home hungover and hurting, Fazolis looks like an oasis in the desert. We stopped at this one on our way home from Nashville and it was a great decision. It took almost an hour to get our food on 6/19!! And then the spaghetti was so small and my piece of pizza was so dry from sitting out for so long! No manager checked on me and my family and there was no apology from the person who brought our food. Very disappointing! read more

This is a fast food order at the counter then go find a table type eatery. We ordered then went looking for one of about 10 booths that was clear of dishes and left over food. There was none so we had to clear someone else's messy table. When the gal that took our order brought our food it was on the less than warm side. When asking the waitress if she could take it back and have them heat it up, we got the dirtiest discussed look. She did take it back and when it finally came back she said it was as hot as they could get it. It was warmer and eatable with good flavor. Not sure if I can recommend Fazoli's to any of my friends because of attitude and the inconvenient hassle we had to go through. The food tasted very good. read more

We drove through since it was covid time. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a young man passing out bread sticks while we waited in line-super nice!! And then they had Problems with their drive thru speaker. But they quickly improvised and sent someone out with an ipad to take our order. Very pleasant despite the technical difficulties! Went through drive-thru Ordered baked spaghetti and baked lasagna - pans were way to hot and should not be given to customers - did not order extra cheese, but got charged for extra cheese Ordered chicken fettuccine alfredo - charged for chicken fettuccine alfredo - no chicken in fettuccine alfredo The workers at this restaurant have clearly never eaten pasta in a vehicle. First time here. Service was good and the young man who took our order was friendly but the dining area could have been cleaner. There were three of us, the two Fettuccine Alfredos were good but my veggie pasta was God awful and very stingy on the veggies which is interesting cause aren't the veggies cheaper than meat? This restaurant provided excellent food and exceptional service! We were passing through the state and had just walked out of another restaurant in town, because of a mold covered drink machine and an inaccessible health inspection report. So, I walked into Fazoli's (at 135 N. Carbon St, Marion, Illinois) and asked if I could review their health inspection sheet before bringing my family in. The restaurant owner was happy to let me read the report (they scored a 94/100) and gave us personal, frequent service throughout our visit. Anytime I order and ask for extra meet sauce or Alfredo sauce they never do it and when I ordered a brownie with my food threw the drive thru they tried to hand me my food with out it if I wouldn't of checked the bag before leaving I would of never gotten it and they always forget my bread sticks one time it took them almost an hour to give my food with only 3 people in the restraint and when it was handed to me it was cold and dried out read more
