We ordered our food, got a table number and found a spot in the restaurant. The entire restaurant was clean and had someone sweeping and picking up as needed. The restaurant is large and has some great seating options for small or large groups. They also have high chairs for the littles. We had spicy crispy sandwiches, onion rings, and a side salad. All of our food was prepared fresh and accurate. I love that they put a lot of cheese on the salad and you get real ranch but they have other options too. The sandwich was so crispy and the tomatoes and pickles on it were not soggy at all! Loved this place.

There were 3 other employees chatting. 1 seemed to be manning the grill, but the other 2 seemed to be doing less urgent items and didn't seem interested in helping the girl. It took longer than it should to be waited on. All of the food items on the bar seemed to be low or old. There was a fly I noticed that landed on the cold items at the end. There was only one other couple sitting in the place. The entire place was a mess. Behind the counter hadn't been cleaned up. The drink station was a disaster with ice and liquid everywhere. Trash was in the floor. Not a single table was clean, inside or outside. If this is the attitude of employees and appearance of the restaurant to customers, it makes me wonder how bad the sanitary condition and quality of food really is.

I ordered The Sandwich (which is the number one combo, but I did not want the combo, so I said the sandwhich) to which she replied..."well, which one?".... mam, know your menu... so i replied with uhm. The sandwhich? I guess classic? Its the sandwhich that comes with #1 combo but I dont want the combo. It legit says 'The Sandwhich' on the menu... So we finally get that figured out after 5 minutes of clarification. So I go on and I start to order The Rojo Sandwhich, to which she interrupts me and states.. "mam, if this is going to be another sandwhich, it will be a 9 minute wait." ----I sat silent--- she thus then proceeds to tell me in the most disgruntled annoyed unpleasant way.....that the customer in front of me (there was no customer in front of me) took the last filet and she would need to cook more and it would be 9 minutes.' I told her no big deal, no one is behind me at this point.. it is probably 6:11 maybe... they pulled us to the trash can and went on their merry way. so. Why we did not already have more filets thrown down for peak dinner time, I have no clue. So by 6:20, no food, several other vehicles have pulled behind me. By 6:32 people were honking, obviously frustrated because not a single car in the drive through was moving. Infact, a few minutes after this.... the lady that was in a minivan directly behind me, got out of the driver seat of her car and marched her happy ass INSIDE the restaurant herself to get her order of food. She walked back out of the resturant, food in hand. And not so shockingly after that... a guy brought my food out to my vehicle and was starting to apologize... I stopped him and said "I hope you guys have a much better night." He looked shocked that i killed him with kindness. One.... working in the fast food industry sucks enough as it is. Two..... working with miserable people has to be miserable. If you are going to work anywhere, have at least a fake customer service voice and maybe give a little bit of a damn about the quality of service you are providing. Hope this helps.

The food was good enough (it is still Arby's) but what made my experience was the customer service. The people at the drive through were kind, helpful, and quick. The lady working the drive through told me about this trick to put another cup around the shake to keep it cold, worked like a charm! Would definitely recommend if you need something quick, easy, and cheap!
