Stopped by to pick up some breadsticks on the way to a as family event. Since it was 11, there weren't any other customers and I only needed the drive thru so it was quick. The girl that greeted me both on the speaker and at the window was super nice and friendly. Had a smile on her face the whole time. Super friendly staff. They are hustling here and there to take care of my every need. The food was REALLY GOOD (I had the Chicken Carabanara). They apologized for such a long wait but I was amazed at the speed they got us our food. THIS PLACE ROCKS!!!!! read more

my celiac girlfriend ordered a GF bowl tonight for dinner and even said she needed it to be gluten free. She at the bowl and found out it had gluten! this is very angering someone would be so negligent to not respect this much needed request. read more

The service and food was excellent. We had some car trouble and were traveling with my dog. The manager said she could wait inside for help to arrive instead of waiting out in the heat. She even brought her some water! That's above and beyond any expectations! read more

I work for a local nonprofit agency. We placed an order for $400+ worth of catering. We ordered three trays of spaghetti with meat sauce and two trays of spaghetti with marinara and 8 dozen breadsticks. I placed the order on Tuesday for the following Monday. I had to call six times before I was able to get someone other than voicemail to confirm the order and figure out how to pay since the website would not allow us to pay as we are tax exempt. I was told to pay in person. I had been sent to order online after trying to order in person in the first place. Monday afternoon (6/28/2021) a colleague went and paid for the order. He was told that they were working on it and it would be ready for us to pick up at 5:45 pm. I arrived at 5:47 and they had not even begun cooking the order. The workers were shouting at each other in the back so that the whole dining room could here that they thought the other was working on it. Instead of given the trays of food we ordered we were given 9 bowls of drinks plain spaghetti with a dozen small containers of separate sauces. To feed 70 children. This was at 6:10 pm. 25 minutes past when we were supposed to pick it up and nearly two hours after my colleague was initially told that it was already being worked on. All of this was given to us stacked haphazardly in a single bag so that it fell over the moment we put it in our car. We usually order from this restaurant every year for this event and every year we have had one problem or another. I will be advising the committee to find a different caterer next year. EDIT: We came to find out that we were given approximately 1/3 of what we ordered. Our initial order- that we paid for- should have served 90. Instead we struggled to feed the sixty people that showed up. We believe that we were given the 6 serving family meals instead of the 18 serving trays that we ordered and paid for. Most heavenly breadsticks ever! Great tasting food here, the staff takes great pride in what they do--making everything fast and fresh. Everything on their menu is delicious. It can be busy at times, but they make every effort to keep up with cleaning tables. They're not perfect when you dine in but they work very hard. Definitely stop here for some Italian cooking fast! read more

Wife and I enjoyed great service. We chose the pick 2 lunch. Salads were fresh. Ravioli and lasagna seemed skimpy but made up in taste. The Orange Cheesecake was delicious as well. read more

I will never ever go to this place again. We waited no less than 15 minutes (probably 20) in the drive thru for 2 Lasagna meals, watched the manager pass out free breadsticks to the patrons inside while we waited. He comes back with the basket of breadsticks and puts them back on warmer. Never even looked over at us. Finally my friend went in to complain. Got free bread sticks and when I got home found 2 Fettucine Alfredo's and no salad dressing. Really. All this after I swore this place off over a year ago and decided to give them another chance. Yuck! Absolutely filthy restaurant! Food and debris underneath every single table, far more than only one day of business could have created. Add to that the odor of sour rags used to wipe down the tabletops that only left them smeared and sticky...yes the countertop where you get condiments and napkins as well as the three tables we tried before taking our meal back to the hotel to find a sanitary place to eat. At least the foods was about the sane as at any other Fazolis location. read more

Visited this restaurant at 3:45pm today. Ordered a lasagna, and two orders of the tortellini. The chicken in the tortellini was way over seasoned to the point of being inedible. The breadsticks were so salty you couldn't eat them!! And I love salt... paid nearly 30.00 for this meal and I ended up getting a to go box and bringing it home only to feed it to the dog. Total waste of time AND money. read more

I love Fazoli's but this restaurant needs to clean up. Sticky tables, sauce in the parmasan cheese, ants on the window sill, no clean forks, floors a mess.... Bread sticks were great, what we got with our food, but we were never asked if we wanted more. My lasagna was over cooked. The staff was in the back talking about the person they fired/let go earlier that day/week, not a good thing for customers to hear. Will I go back, yes... I'm going to walk in, check the parmesan, floor, etc and report back to the company. Ordering food may not be possible. read more

Neveerrrr again. This place is old, dirty, slow and pretty unprofessional. You can hear the workers having loud conversations in from the kitchen while we are sitting in the dining room waiting, waiting and yes, waiting for to simple side salads and dishes of pizza baked ziti dishes. They were actually grinding some ax (that's a figure of speech) instead chopping lettuce for our salads and they were having some kind of melt down instead of melting cheese for our pasta. There were five employees within sight, two other customer in dining room besides us, with numbers, waiting, waiting and yes, waiting for their meals also. One couple was their before us we arrived and one couple came in just after us. And get this, they know their service sucks, so they make the register do a power fail just before printing out the receipt they bring out with your food, so you can not participate in the survey Fazoli's offers on the bottom of the ticket, because the store numbers info does not show up on top, instead the words "POWER FAIL"... Well, my wife and i agree, this crew Failed Powerfully. read more
