American Wings &…read moreRings is pretty much your standard fried bar food destination. The place has the look and feel of a Buffalo Wild Wings - but with a smaller bar. I've eaten here a few times as options in Jasper can be limited. Wings were fine - onion rings were factory produced and cooked from frozen. Beer was fresh as far as I could tell. It is what it is - nothing gourmet expected or offered. Give it a shot for the wings. Parking around the perimeter

This eatery used to be much better until about two years ago. The lady in charge before that would…read moretry to make things to order, and she even picked up Caesar dressing for the salads every now and then. But today, it's just average. They refuse to offer Caesar dressing for salads, their fries are greasy, they won't let you have the wing dip on the side. Instead, they insist on smothering wings with the dip. They just don't care about customers or the rights of customers, which makes me suspect worse. I used to like the grilled chicken sandwich, but again, they refuse to let the customer have it the way the customer wants it. I think that they can get better, though, and they will get better. The bar is high in Dubois County.
