Came here Saturday evening it was a hefty line however things were flowing pretty steady... Once my order was placed paid for the order. Waited about 4 mins or so and then the window opened but the cook came running to let the cashier know the add on items were still missing. We've been to this location several times. It's is always clean and the staff are friendly. When taking our order they verify it back. When traveling this a better option for fast food. Also you get to eat on real plates with silverware and chilled salad bowels. The $5 lunch is a great deal 2 options either pasta and salad or pizza & pasta plus unlimited breadsticks and a drink. The lunch portion may be a little smaller but for the price it's decent. They also grated fresh Parmesan cheese on our entrees when they brought us our meals. read more

I mean, it's a decent place. It was fairly clean. But I think I just expected more. It's a fast, casual Italian restaurant. But I think everything is frozen and warmed up? Not really sure though. My wife and I came in and we ordered everything for In. Tables were clean and our meals were quickly brought out to our tables. Customer Service was fine. It was about 9pm on a Friday night and it was basically empty. Food was fairly tasteless. I ordered the chicken fettuccine pasta. My wife ordered the chicken Parmesan. She really enjoyed hers. She said she grew up eating this restaurants food so she had high expectations. This was my first time, and it was OK. The breadsticks were salty but they were all right. Overall I give this place a three. It does have $5 lunch where you get a drink and a meal which is awesome. But I would steer clear from dinner we ordered two meals and a salad and pay $23. read more

I have been a frequenter of this location for many years. I have never had an issue. The biggest complaint one could have is the wait time on the food. But when the food is fresh 100% of the time, can you really complain? I can't! My go to is usually baked ziti with extra cheese and extra sauce. I also order extra breadsticks. If you have never been, go fo it. Order the extra bread sticks and a side of marinara and a side of Alfredo. They are only 50 cent each and they add so much to the meal. I run a small company for people with disabilities. We have a client who is severely allergic to tree nuts. It's our responsibility to help him ask and make sure his food is safe to eat. The cashier didn't know what tree nuts were, and when the manager came over said that they didn't know and dismissed it. Looking online it appears their desserts may contain tree nuts, however for the simple fact that they didn't take our question seriously tells me that they wouldn't be mindful of cross contamination. i.e. changing their gloves before touching this clients plate, food or tray. You're in the food industry; understanding food allergies should be a no brainier not something you should dismiss. read more

Fazolis used to exist in central PA, and now they're all closed! Every time I have to drive to Indiana, I make a stop at Fazolis. Ohio, you don't know how lucky you are. Fazolis is the fast food version of Olive Garden, except the quality of food is exactly the same. While you may not get the unlimited S + S and breadsticks, it's way cheaper. Besides, Fazolis has the best breadsticks. They are greasy and full of garlic, and I love them. But it breaks my heart that it's no longer unlimited breadsticks. They also use real plates and silverware, which is a nice touch for fast food. The actual pasta is standard. There are many kinds of pasta to chose from, and a bunch of different sauces as well. I like the ravioli with creamy marinara. They also have subs and cheap slices of pizza. read more

I went there tonight 10/03/2022 after work excited for some pasta because it's so good right. Well I get there and the guy at the window was extremely rude, had been rude since I was at the speaker, I asked for extra Parmesan packets and that seemingly was a problem I even apologized because of the apparent problem he had with it and he said uh-huh and shut the window in my face!! I called the store to make sure they were open, and the lady on the phone verified that they were, before she sighed and hung up on me. When we pulled in 1 minute later, she once again was VERY RUDE and said about 3 times, "We close at 8 and its christmas eve, JUST SO YOU KNOW." My mother apologized and asked if it was too late to place an order. My mother was told, "No it's not, but we close at 8 and IT IS CHRISTMAS EVE, BY THE WAY." In a very harsh tone. We were certainly aware as to what day it was, hence why we called ahead to verify they were still open and taking orders. We decided not to order and we were very disappointed at how unprofessional this whole interaction was handled. Bottom line, she was rude as hell and one should not be made to feel guilty for placing an order during open business hours. I LOVE IT HERE! I was never a Fazoli's girl growing up. In fact, I'd never even heard of it until my last year in college when my friends wanted to go. Now let me tell you, this is not the BEST Italian around, but it's the BEST Italian for really CHEAP. I always get the kids spaghetti marinara because it's definitely enough to fill me up. There's also unlimited breadsticks, which if you like lots of butter, they're the best. Aside from the food, the staff is always super friendly and has no problem with a bunch of 20-somethings ordering from the kids menu. I'm a fan of Fazoli's. Yep. My husband and I went here for lunch on Saturday, as we do every so often. I normally get one of their Submarinos, but I ended up getting the Penne Pasta with chicken and basil. It was good and filling. And of course you cannot forget the yummy breadsticks that are so doggone addictive!! The staff is always friendly and pleasant. The atmosphere is of an italian restaurant, but very cozy too. Been so long since I've eaten at a Fazoli's and was such a blast from the past. They've definitely updated a lot of things since I've last eaten at one. They use actual silverware and real bowls & plates, not aluminum containers. The food is just as good as I remembered. I had the fettuccini alfredo with a side salad. A tad on the salty side but still overall delicious. The staff were all very helpful, friendly, and efficient. I hate that we no longer have a Fazoli's near me anymore. This is sort of the fast food version of pasta. It's good food and it's quick. Would your Italian grandmother approve? No, she'd either laugh her support hose off at it or make a flurry of angry hand motions. But if you have a craving for pasta and don't want your wallet to get anally raped at Olive Garden then this is a good place. Now if you want real Italian grandmother pasta, then you tell your wallet to lube up and you go to Olive Garden around the corner. They have a very good selection of pasta dishes, pizzas, grinders, salads and desserts. It's very good food in the way that Burger Kind is very good burgers: good but not the gourmet treatment. The food was waiting for us when we walked into the restaurant, and everything was still hot when we unpacked it a short time later. Standard fast food Italian fare. Twice baked lasagna is my go to. Always gooey and cheesy all the way through! They get bumped to 4 stars due to the fact that the bread sticks are fan-freakin-tastic! Let me start by saying that if you are in the mood for homemade tasting food, this is not it. Even if you would settle for pre-made chain restaurants, consider Olive Garden or something. This is more like some newer cooks opened a bunch of packages and put your order together. Lasagna was mediocre. The sauce in it is the downfall. The fettuccine alfredo was ok. The sauce on it wasn't as garlic flavored as I enjoy. The pasta was cooked beyond Al Dente but not mushy. That's actually how I prefer them at home. I ordered mushrooms, broccoli and creamy pesto to add to the pasta so it was good with the additional flavors. The cheese skewers are yummy. I think the Alfredo sauce with them is different than on the pasta. The meatballs are average size and flavor. The sauce they were in was good. I ordered marinara sauce for dipping bread sticks. We didn't like the sauce at all. Thankfully I had some sauce leftover from the side of meatballs for dipping. The cheesecake was delicious! read more

Fazoli's is excellent! We've tried 5 or 6 different pasta dishes and all have been very tasty! Everything is hot, fresh and inexpensive. Endless breadsticks which is fantastic. One young lady, Noor, took our order, delivered our order and bussed our table. What a valuable asset to Fazoli's! The only thing I'd change is adding coffee to the menu. I swore I'd never set foot in this place again, but I was in that area and hungry for fast Italian food. The management has changed for the better in many ways. The marinara sauce has changed too. I like it. All in all a good food experience, except for a few details ;Don't they bring bread sticks to the table? They didn't when i was there. I had to get up from my dinner and get some more. There were people changing their baby's diaper ON THE FREAK'IN TABLE!!! The manager or some employee plainly saw this happening, and said nothing. That is disgusting beyond words. The bathroom. You've got to be kidding. Gross to the point where I left without using it, and I can pee in the woods or a disgusting porta-a-potty. It was really BAD. So, take your chances, or not. I don't know if I will or not. To me, sketchy bathrooms and letting people change a baby on the table = filthy kitchen and unwashed employee hands.
