First of all it took them 5 times coming back to fix the ant problem in the house since the houses in my area are known for that. My previous pest control company it took 1 time! I have a cleaning lady that comes every 2 weeks I keep my house clean so that wasn't the issue. Second this guy jumped my $5k custom gate on the side a couple months ago which he admitted today and since then I have had issues with my gate. I realized he went to my home and literally was going to do it again because my neighbor called. This man is not small man he looks to be almost 300 pounds so all of that weight on my gate I am just in shock a company would even allow this!!! This guy had the audacity to call me and tell me his manager was at the dentist and he had to assist me! Yea right your boss needs to give me a call cancel my services and refund me! I am so over this company! Do no whatever you do /sign up with them! The crazy part is I had to step out of an office meeting to call Jeff and I couldn't remember the code to the gate which was already unlocked but he locked it when he attempted to put another code in the gate! So I told him you know what you need to come back another day! He responds oh well I guess we'll come back sometime in between the valley and here that sounds super convenient! He literally said this so loud that my neighbor heard! Just to add I did reach out to them and the owner called back left a message saying he was going to cancel the account and to take care! Well after giving me an incorrect sheet of all of the things that I need to do for my pest problem…read morelike empty out all of my cabinets. They're all in the middle of the floor I had arrangements for my dog to go to a groomer which at 1:30 they were closing at 2:00 I wouldn't even been able to get her in there to have her out of the house for the 4 hours they requested. So I hired someone to help me empty out all of my cabinets, everything from the counter down, drawers etc for the spraying, and they didn't even show up. How do I know? Because there's a note on my door to ring my doorbell so I wouldn't miss them. I looked outside at 1:30 and saw the truck parked in front of the office which makes me think they actually went into the office to let them know they were done I would imagine they wouldn't just up and leave without contacting someone or getting a signature but regardless that's a different issue... Now I have to do the whole thing over again in a month and I have to wait an additional month to get this crap handle because of the failure of both my apartment complex and this company and getting this treatment done. I want to make sure they don't get paid for doing the job they didn't do because my manager is about to drop off chemicals for me to do it myself and then I got to wait until the next month for them to do it all over again but this time I'm not going to go to the time and expense of clearing everything out they can basically baseboards in and outside... TBH, I could probably do a better job anyway! So if you're looking for a company that is reliable, this isn't it. If you're looking for a company to do a good job, since they failed to show up they didn't do a good job either. I would say find someone else, In fact, Dixon Pest Control in Victorville was the old company and i have had them spray a handful of times and they ALWAYS SHOW UP OR HEY, HERES A CONCEPT, IF YOU CAN'T REACH THE TENANT KNOCK ON THE DOOR! HERE'S ANOTHER THOUGHT HAVE THE MANAGER REACH THE TENANTS SINCE THEY HAVE BOTH EMAIL AND TEXT AND CELL PHONE NUMBER. THIS WHOLE THING WAS UNACCEPTABLE! I have been trying to reach the corporate office or the branch that's nearby and apparently nobody has our contract but this is a name that I was given from the manager because the information she has has the guys personal cell phone number and she didn't want to give that to me and everything else is email but so they're covering for their ass and their mistakes both of them are at fault as far as I'm concerned

Orkin came in with a 'promise' to do up to 10 treatments and follow up with a dog. NONE of that was…read moretrue! They only did 3 treatments for bed bugs and that every week instead of 14 days apart. They also collected money from the condo next to mine where the infestation began. Since they treated both units there should be NO problem giving a full 60 day guarantee unless they are not sure of their work. They are not willing to give a guarantee and they are not giving the follow up inspection with the dog. $2,000 is dammed expensive for only 3 treatments!! They also refuse to return my calls!! I guess my next step will have to be the Better Business Bureau! Guaranteed I will find some agency that has some influence on them because a 78 year old woman has absolutely NO say or influence.
