He explained everything in great detail and took a tour of the property. Once he was set, he spent a lot of time spraying pesticide and getting rid of spider webs. I then reached out to the owner and they followed up by sending me my bill, which I had forgotten to pay. I had told the owner that I would pay the bill but nonetheless, I didn't understand why bugs were in our home if this is the service that they provided. I was quickly given the runaround and different excuses. I'm a pretty reasonable person because I am also a small business owner, and in no way, am I trying to get out of paying a bill! I just want the work to be done correctly I told him. But I what I was hoping to be a simple conversation, ended up escalating quickly with the owner being unprofessional and said I'm going to Cancel you as a client keep your money! I was a bit shocked after he hung up on me while I was talking to him. It is not OK to treat your clients like this, especially in a time of need. But I guess that's how they do business. We'll definitely not recommend to anyone! Update after owner's reply: I don't mind paying for service and I told you this. But how am I supposed to pay for a service when it's not done correctly? I even offered to pay half! I just wanted the service to be done correctly. You followed by rudely giving excuse, excuses and talking over me. When I was trying to explain myself and trying to de-escalate the situation, you said you were going to cancel me, As you already did. And then you hung up on me! Second this guy jumped my $5k custom gate on the side a couple months ago which he admitted today and since then I have had issues with my gate. This guy had the audacity to call me and tell me his manager was at the dentist and he had to assist me! Yea right your boss needs to give me a call cancel my services and refund me! The crazy part is I had to step out of an office meeting to call Jeff and I couldn't remember the code to the gate which was already unlocked but he locked it when he attempted to put another code in the gate! I requested to get rid of our spider infestation. I do feel the price is responsible. At first I…read morefeel the service was great but as time went on I feel the service went down hill. I have a 18 month old grand-baby and I have to inspect her toys that are left outside daily as I have found black widows under her ride on toys that are on our porch, I am walking through webs myself when I go outside in the dark to feed our animals. I no longer will wait to feed when the sun goes down or before it comes up in summer so I can see what I'm walking into. I have brought this problem up to Calvin and the owner. I have given it a few more months and the service hasn't changed. They don't seem to take customer service seriously. I actually feel they are frustrated with me for complaining about the problem when you can visibly see webs all around our house and shop. I am Very disappointed in how they have handled this situation.
