I had one order in that time come with multiple containers cracked. I did not purchase the shipping insurance but still figured why not try my chances sending them an email. I was contacted back within one business day and they reshipped my entire order comped and recommended the protection shipping for the future. Since that order I have opted in to the shipping protection and luckily haven't had any cracked containers come yet. The food is always frozen like a brick shipped all the way to New England. Only thing that kills me is the price but I haven't found anything comparable for the quality food for my dog. My boy goes crazy for the Beef Supreme PMR. I would try them out and establish your own opinion they have been great for me.

I expected a delivery on a Tuesday, when it didn't arrive, I emailed them Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning they said the shipper returned it and they didn't know why. They said they would file a claim and I'd get an email from the insurance company and I had to respond before anything would happen. I repeatedly replied to their email asking for another shipment. No one replied and I never got an email from the insurance company. The following day I placed another order and filed another claim. After that claim I immediately got an email from the insurance company and I said I wanted a refund. Whoever filed the first claim must not have followed through. Now I won't get my food for my girl(who has cancer) for an entire week later! Good customer service would have reshaped the order immediately! I'll be looking elsewhere!

We were expecting it, but it's still very hard because he's been a part of our lives for so long. My Goldendoodle was crying and searching for him so I hopped in the car and we came here, not realizing that this is the same bakery I used to take Max to. The owner handed him a treat which he sniffed, but didn't take. I let him pick out some Puppy Yogurt that I was told is made with Goats Milk and gentle on their tummies. He picked the Peanut Butter Banana flavor. I went to pay and realized I'd left my purse in the car and by this time was beginning to tear up. I explained our reason for the trip and showed her photos of our buddy Max. She then suggested I get a photo of my other day, but he was too busy with all his emotions I believe and in the end I just gave him a hug. Payment for our goodies was refused and after our goodbye and promise we'd return we were on our way. It was an excellent place for us to spend part of a difficult day.

I shared my concerns and was heard. They took my girl back and got her in place. Then one started to tend to her nails and Jesse saw help was needed and immediately stepped in to hold my girl. Then a third person came in to help when they got to the front paws. There was a large dog barking, surely in response to my dog's nerves energy, Jesse asked for the groomer to take the dog to the back to help create a calmer experience. It helped and only two were needed to get the job done after that. I can not say enough about the staff I encountered on this random Thursday for a nail trim. I am beyond impressed with their kindness and professionalism. I am forever grateful. I will be back.
