There was a beautiful Koi in their pond struggling. He obviously was very sick and nothing being done for it. The lighting in that area was very dim and it was hard to see. As for the cats and dogs. Every cage had multiple mounds of poop. New and some that had been there a while. It was obvious none of the pets or fish were getting the care they deserve.

The groomer was supposed to be the trainer for the PetSmart groomers. When I got him back, he had not been bathed, as he still had the same wet dog smell as before his grooming. His nails had been clipped, not dremeled, and his beard is still over long, with food from his previous meal stuck in it. A newly formed mat on his ear was still present. To top this, I was not told he had only been cut, not bathed or dremeled, and no discount or refund was offered. will not be back.
